Great stay and staff at Hala Arjaan By Rotana
location was great walking distance to the mall and shops. Great atmosphere friendly staff. Rooms where comfortable and large any issues encountered, they addressed it immediately. Rooms were clean and staff always made sure I didn't need anything. The floor itself was quiet only if you opened the door walking out you may here noise from another room but once inside your room it is peaceful.

excellent service. They are always professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Every interaction is welcoming, and they consistently assist guests with a positive attitude and a smile. Thank you mahmoud , jeffrey, elizel, Edith ,zoey ,and ofc housekeeping staff ♥️
Great Stay, Wonderful Service
We had a really pleasant stay at this hotel and left with mostly positive impressions. A special shoutout to Bikram, who went above and beyond during our visit — from helping us with last-minute requests to making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. His warmth and attentiveness genuinely made our trip better, and it's staff like him that make a hotel memorable. The rooms were spotless, housekeeping clearly takes pride in their work, and cleanliness was never a concern. That said, I'd gently suggest the management consider a renovation. While everything was well-maintained, the rooms and furnishings do show their age. Overall, a comfortable stay with service that stood out, and I'd happily return once the space gets a bit of a facelift. Thanks again to Bikram and the team for taking such great care of us!
