This exclusive hotel boasts a privileged position in the city of Abu Dhabi. There are several points of interest not far from the establishment, including the Corniche area with cycling paths and parks and the modern Abu Dhabi Mall for shopping lovers. Boasting a strategic position just 30 minutes from Abu Dhabi International Airport, this property is highly recommendable both for business and leisure travellers alike. Visitors might wish to stay in different accommodation units, depending on the reason of their trip and if they travel alone or with the family. However, either if they choose to stay in a standard room, a luxurious suite or an ample penthouse, they will be pleased with the elegant and modern amenities included and the homey atmosphere. The property offers a wide range of stunning facilities and services, including a rooftop swimming pool and a Jacuzzi to relax and a state-of-the-art workout room to keep fit.
Great experience staying in Jannah, Mr Bikash did a wonderful job maintaining cleanliness and providing prompt service. The room was kept in a splendid manner.

My recent experience at Jannah Sarab Hotel was extremely disappointing and far below acceptable hospitality standards, particularly at the reception.
Unacceptable attitude toward guests: The reception staff showed a clear lack of respect and professionalism. Their tone and behavior were inappropriate and do not reflect a proper hospitality environment.
Poor and ineffective communication: Information was delivered in an unclear and disorganized way, creating confusion instead of assisting the guest. Failure in basic hospitality standards: There was no sense of welcome, attentiveness, or willingness to help—core elements expected from any hotel.
What makes this more frustrating: Jannah Sarab used to be one of my preferred choices for long stays, and I consistently recommended the hotel and spoke highly of it. However, within just six months, the level of service has noticeably declined.
This is not a minor issue — it reflects a serious gap in staff training and service quality.
Immediate improvements needed: Enforce strict service standards at the front desk kindly Provide proper training in communication and guest handling Ensure management oversight and accountability
Final note: Unfortunately, based on my recent experience, I will no longer consider staying at or recommending this hotel again..
