Nowhere close to a 5 stars hotel
I can’t believe it is a 5 stars hotel, they have very serious issues from hygiene, to safety (pool area), to services (including room service, valet parking) and to finish the hotel manager is totally absent, tried to reach out to him/her to share the feedback in vain despite trying 3 times over 5 days… the photos attached were for 5 days with not a single day having a room service made in a suite where a family of 4 was staying! We ended up going to the reception to ask even for toilet paper!!! extremely disappointed from the 5 stars and even more from being an Accord hotel!! Last day when checking out the deputy hotel manager reached out and promised to investigate on all the issues shared but obviously nothing was done and no follow up was made. Absolutely careless management. A real pity as location and potential are high but all the rest is disappointing and even dangerous.
The best experience ever
I arrived at this amazing hotel just as the war began, and what was supposed to be a short stay turned into almost two weeks with my family. During that time, this hotel truly became our second home.
From the very first moment, the staff welcomed us with warm smiles and incredible kindness. Every single employee was attentive, caring, and always ready to help. In a difficult and uncertain situation, they made us feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for.
The food was delicious, the service was outstanding, and the location is perfect—very close to the center. But what truly makes this place special is the people. Their warmth, professionalism, and generosity of heart are something we will never forget.
This is truly one of the best hotels in the world. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of my family during such a challenging time. We will always be grateful.

What stood out most was the exceptional hospitality of the entire team. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with genuine smiles and a willingness to help. Every team member was consistently professional, friendly, and eager to assist, creating a welcoming environment that felt like a home away from home.
