This hotel is really good, the service is perfect. Good breakfast, good attention, the accommodations are really nice. My room is always clean because the housekeeper called Smile kept in order and cleaned.
Excellent Banquet Service and Genuine Hospitality
I attended a wedding function at the banquet area of the Marriott Hotel and had an excellent experience. The venue was beautifully decorated, well organized, and created a wonderful atmosphere for the celebration. The food, service, and overall hospitality were truly outstanding.
A special highlight of our experience was the exceptional service provided by Lakshi. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the event. My baby had been asking for soft drinks for some time, and before I could arrange them, Lakshi approached us and kindly asked if we needed any assistance. She promptly took care of our request and continued to ensure that we were comfortable and well looked after for the rest of the evening.
Her genuine care, dedication, and attention to detail made a lasting impression on our family and added a personal touch that made the event even more memorable.
Thank you to the Marriott Hotel team for the excellent hospitality, and a very special thank you to Lakshi for going above and beyond to make our experience so enjoyable. She is a true asset to the hotel.

Had an amazing time at Velocity! The atmosphere was lively, the music was great, and the service truly made the experience stand out. Amazing Staff
At the outset of the Iran war I was stranded in Abu Dhabi for 5 days. The airline put me up at the Downtown Marriott Abu Dhabi. The friendliness and compassion of the entire hotel staff made a huge difference to me during my stay. Everyone went there extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed. I especially want to give a big shoutout to Smile on the housekeeping staff. She was warm and friendly and went beyond the call of duty to make me feel welcome. On my last day at the hotel she b right me a caramel macchiato from Starbucks because she knew I was feeling very stressed about the difficulties evacuating from the UAE. I also want to single out the concierge, Boaz, for his assistance in arranging transportation to Oman where I was able to arrange transportation back to the US. The food at the Kuzbara restaurant was delicious and the waitstaff was very attentive. Overall, the hotel staff made me feel like a VIP!
