Friendly Staff, But the Room Was Not Acceptable
Unfortunately, my stay at Millennium Al Rawdah Abu Dhabi was below expectations.
The main issue was the room condition. There was a strong damp and musty smell throughout the room, and both the bed sheets and pillows had an unpleasant odor. I reported the issue to the hotel staff, and the bedding was replaced the following day. However, the smell remained, and the room never felt properly clean or fresh.
On the positive side, the hotel staff were polite, friendly, and helpful whenever I raised my concerns. However, the overall room cleanliness and comfort did not meet the standard I expected.
In addition, the process of entering the parking area was extremely slow. The staff member at the parking entrance took around 7 minutes to grant access, which was frustrating after a long day.
Overall, while the staff were welcoming and professional, the room condition significantly affected my experience, and I would not choose to stay here again unless these issues are addressed.
Excellent Stay and Outstanding Service
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Everything was well-organized, from the smooth check-in process to the excellent customer service. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, providing a perfect place to relax. The staff were courteous, attentive, and always greeted guests with a smile. The hotel maintained high standards in every aspect, making my experience memorable. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others. Special thanks to Ms. Mary, Ms. Jane, Mr. Thomas, Mr. Ravs, and Mr. Jed for the outstanding service.
