A very good experience and smooth check in by Farook
Good care and hospitality
The staff unisha in the recreation she deserve a big thank you .Swimming pool area clean , towels stocked and make sure kids are safe without making it feel strict.her attention to detail and hospitality directly improves resident satisfaction with ecreation facilities.
Budget friendly hotel suite
We booked a suite in this hotel. Check in took some time and in room dining was delayed. The pool was crowded. The closet are dusty, the sofa bed is so worn out you can feel the spring on your back.. One of the bottled drinking water they provided was past the expiration date which they replace after informing. The staff are all polite but there was a lot of delay in the room service. The towels has stains, the handwash and shower gels are empty., but refilled as soon as we let them know. We have a lounge access and the staff are really accommodating. Overall, it wasn't a terrible experience.

Fantastic Stay and Exceptional Service!
Had a wonderful stay at Novotel Al Bustan! The breakfast buffet was absolutely fantastic—plenty of delicious options to start the day right. A special shout-out to Hildah, who provided exceptional service every morning. She was so kind, attentive, and always had a warm smile, making our dining experience truly memorable. Highly recommend!
