I had an excellent experience with the housekeeping person Gyanendra Singh while staying at Novtel room 962. The room was always maintained to a very high standard, clean, organized, and comfortable. The staff were courteous, responsive, and paid attention to every detail. Their professionalism and dedication significantly enhanced my overall stay.
