Pure excellence
Amazing stay at Park Hyatt. The beach is the best one in the UAE. The hotel is very well maintained and luxurious. The breakfast is one of the best you can find, with selecion of delicated food. The personnel is there to assist you at all times.

I would like to share my sincere appreciation for Ariyan from the Front Desk at Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villas, who delivered a truly memorable example of thoughtful hospitality during my stay.
After arriving very early in the morning and spending the full day working, I found myself tired and hungry later in the evening. Ariyan immediately stepped in with warmth, patience and genuine care. Rather than simply providing information, he took ownership of the moment and kindly helped me find a practical solution by assisting me with setting up an ordering service so I could order a delivery.
What impressed me most was not only the assistance itself, but the way Ariyan handled the situation. He was calm, gracious, attentive and genuinely service-minded. His approach reflected the very best of luxury hospitality, anticipating my needs, showing empathy and making me feel personally cared for. Due situation in the region certain services were not available at the time, but Ariyan was there to help and make it happen.
Ariyan turned a simple moment into a golden memory of my stay. He is a true credit to Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi and the Hyatt brand and I sincerely hope he receives the recognition he deserves.

Elegant hotel
Rooms are very good and clean, beach and pool also good all the staffs are very kindly and geninue. Reception guy is very fast to do check in allocated sea view room to my family.
Special thanks to valet and bell team , reception and house keeping.
Next time will stay in this hotel in the future and it is worthy.

We are frequently coming to the beach, let me start from the valet all the valet guys are helpful, friendly warm welcoming us with smile they are always offering shade parking, beach and pool staff are very nice and accommodate the requests.
