Leon is absolutely fantastic
We had a fantastic dining experience at The Forge at the Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi. The food was exceptional, the atmosphere was elegant, and the service truly made the evening special. A special thank you to our waiter, Leon, who was attentive, professional, and incredibly welcoming throughout the meal. His friendly approach and attention to detail made our experience unforgettable. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be back!

An amazing experience. Staff is always delightful and courteous no matter what time of the day. The lounge staff definitely delivers top notch service. Prabhu and Diego especially took the time to learn my name and small things like coffee orders which made the stay feel personalized. The food was always excellent. Every aspect of my stay reinforced the fact that service, care, and cleanliness is a top priority of this hotel

We have visited this Saturday seafood buffet multiple times, and it never ceases to amazing us! The absolute highlight of our every visit is Chef Jerry. He is incredibly warm, welcoming, and passionate about his craft—meeting him always makes our day. His freshly made soup is an absolute masterpiece and insanely delicious! We keep coming back just for his incredible hospitality and amazing culinary skills. Thank you, Chef Jerry, for always making our dining experience so memorable!
BEST HOTEL LOUNGE
I travel frequently for work, and the Executive Lounge at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal has been one of the best lounge experiences I’ve had. The food and drinks are excellent, but what truly makes this place special is the staff. A huge thank you to Dipika, Joseph, Kumar, Samir, Gold, Sabine, and especially Prabhu. Everyone on the team is friendly, attentive, and genuinely cares about the guests. Prabhu deserves a special shout-out for his outstanding service and leadership. He always goes above and beyond, remembers how I like my drinks, and makes every evening even more enjoyable. You can tell this team takes pride in what they do, and it’s easy to see why this is considered one of the best hotels in the UAE. They don’t just provide exceptional service—they create an atmosphere that makes you look forward to coming back each evening. Thank you all for making my stay so memorable. I’ll definitely be back.
The club experience
Good location and amenities! The club was especially great! Prabhu and his team created a great atmosphere every afternoon/evening. I enjoyed seeing him and talking with him after dinner.
