Recently stayed at the Ritz Carlton for 12 days, this was our third visit to this hotel, once again I was not disappointed. From stepping out of the car we was welcomed by friendly helpful staff throughout our stay. The hotel is currently undergoing some work, but all of the staff did everything they could to minimise the inconvenience for us. The hotel and it's facilities are exceptional, however it is the staff throughout that make the Ritz a step above the rest in my opinion, and all deserve praise, but a special thank you to all the staff at the Forge, pool assistants Rafiq and Rashmika, Zain from the pool bar Lillet's, and Giornotte restaurant Abhi, Thwin and a special thank you to expert cocktail maker Pradipto who made the stay extra special with his beautiful drinks and exceptional service, your are all amazing and we look forward to seeing you all again next year. The Business Lounge at The Ritz-Carlton is truly one of the best I’ve ever experienced. The exceptional service, incredible food, and welcoming atmosphere are unmatched.

We have just returned from our second visit to the Ritz Carlton Abu Dhabi and we never cease to be amazed by all the teams ability to look after its guests , they are nothing short of amazing. From the reception, to all the restaurant staff, housekeeping and fantastic Pool team they all go above and beyond every single day. Special thanks to Yesubabu and Janak who kept us fed , watered and in the shade poolside.
