We had a lovely experience at Traders Hotel Abu Dhabi, and a special mention goes to Nancy at reception, who made our stay even more memorable. She was warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful throughout the check-in process. She kindly upgraded our room from Deluxe to Premium, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made our experience even more enjoyable. Her professionalism, friendly attitude, and genuine hospitality truly stood out. Thank you, Nancy, for making us feel so welcome and going the extra mile. Excellent service and a great reflection of the hotel’s hospitality!
