My stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable, and I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation to everyone who made it such a wonderful experience.
From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, we were welcomed with genuine warmth, kindness, and professionalism. It's easy for a hotel to offer beautiful rooms and great facilities, but what truly makes a place exceptional is the people behind it. The staff here went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, valued, and at home.
I especially want to recognize(Flavya,Jane ,Niladri,Chef Pmaveen,Rohit,Kartikay , Aye،Jana , jit, abunisk ) I really apologies if I forgot any names. Each of them played a part in making our stay so memorable. Their kindness, positive attitude, and willingness to help never went unnoticed. Whether it was a warm greeting, a thoughtful conversation, quick assistance whenever I needed something, or simply the genuine smiles they shared every day, they made a lasting impression.
Hospitality is more than just providing a service—it's about making guests feel cared for, and these individuals did exactly that. They consistently exceeded my expectations, and their dedication reflects so positively on the hotel. They are the reason the atmosphere felt so welcoming, relaxing, and enjoyable. Without them, my experience simply would not have been the same.
I know that exceptional service often doesn't receive the recognition it deserves, so I wanted to make sure their efforts were acknowledged. They represent the very best of what hospitality should be, and I hope the hotel knows how fortunate it is to have such remarkable people on its team.

We’ve spent more than 2 months here at yas plaza mangrove, the service and housekeeping is amazing and Mr.Fahim is very friendly and respectful.

Had a nice and wonderful experience during my stay for almost 1 month.
The cleaning, food and everything were on point. Thank you again Ankesh for keeping my room clean.
The gym is also good: found what I was looking for. Didn’t try the pool but it looks amazing.
I will definitely come back to Yas Plazza if the need arises to book a Hotel in Yas.
