The service was very rude, the people were very rude, we were not informed that we will have to carry our luggage to the room which we had alot of things, and the way we were told it was very rude, it was like take it or leave it, i will not be staying in this hotel again
We have spent a few days in Fairmont Fujairah and had an amazing experience. We have been several times in this resort and always had a fabulous time. Perfect place for a family staycation...
Great F&B Outlets and staff.
I had mixed feelings about my stay with my family in Fairmont Fujairah hotel. Although the rooms were nicely renovated, the hotel lacked entertainment activities. The pool had a horrible red painted color and no drinks were allowed by the pool...
The sea swimming area was very small entrapped within the bay. Tye water smelled diesel that was leaked from passing by ships which was horrible and messed up my stay as it was the main reason we drove to Fujairah. Hotel staff was ok but not very customer friendly. Dining in restaurant was expensive and not worth it. Overall I think it is overrated for a 5 stars resort
It was our first trip after the lockdown and we really enjoyed it. Nice property with good service and a very nice beach and pool. The restaurants were excellent However a little bit expensive...
