Amazing stay
We had a truly wonderful stay at InterContinental Fujairah, where the hospitality was consistently outstanding from start to finish.
The check-in experience was seamless and very welcoming, thanks to Joisca, Shine, Mark, and Florence, who set the perfect tone for our stay with their professionalism and warmth.
Throughout our visit, the room service provided by Wisnu stood out for being attentive, helpful, and always accommodating to our needs.
A special appreciation goes to Moon from the housekeeping team, who ensured our room was maintained to the highest standard and always felt fresh and comfortable.
We are especially thankful to Chef Amit, whose thoughtful approach went above and beyond. When assisting us with our food, he noticed it was not properly cooked and took the initiative to ensure it was fully prepared before serving it back. His care and commitment to quality were truly impressive.
Also, a warm mention to Ashok from the valet team for his friendly welcome and consistently positive attitude, which made every arrival feel pleasant.
Overall, the entire team made our stay memorable through their dedication and excellent service. Thank you all for such a remarkable experience

Naaru is professionals in their field, responsive, kind, cleans well Jude is good waiter is responsive, pleasant, comes up to help every time. Offline, your work is distracted by all requests. Polite, kind. Mhou is she is also very good, always helpful, does her job quickly, responds quickly to requests, is very smiling, pleasant, and sociable.
Beach resort
It’s a very nice hotel, a nice beach and most attentive staff. The gym is also nice and comes with jacuzzi and steam room.
Wedding anniversary at the Resort
My family and I stayed at InterContinental Fujairah Resort recently, and we had a really wonderful time. The hotel is beautiful, but what made our stay special was the people.
When we arrived, Joisica at reception welcomed us with a big smile. After a long drive, that simple welcome made us feel relaxed straight away. She found a room that was perfect for my family, made sure everything was ready, and even checked with us later to see if everything was okay. That meant a lot to us.
I also want to thank Khayal. Our wedding anniversary happened during our stay, and I asked him at the last minute if he could help me arrange something special for my wife within my budget. He didn’t hesitate. He organised everything quickly and perfectly. Thanks to him, our anniversary became one of the best memories we’ll always have. My wife was so happy, and I really appreciate everything he did.
Faisal from the Club Lounge was amazing too. Every time we saw him, he greeted us with a smile and such positive energy. When he noticed our two-year-old daughter, he immediately suggested different food options for her to make sure she was comfortable. As a father, I noticed those little things, and they meant a lot.
JD at reception was another person who made our stay enjoyable. He was friendly and easy to talk to, and he gave us some great recommendations for places to visit around Fujairah, which we really enjoyed.
I’d also like to thank the housekeeping team and everyone else we met. Every staff member greeted us warmly and always seemed happy to help. It made us feel welcome from the first day until we checked out.
To the hotel management, I hope you recognise people like Joisica, Khayal, Faisal and JD. They are the reason guests come back. They don’t just do their jobs—they make guests feel like family and create memories that last long after the holiday ends.
Thank you again to everyone at InterContinental Fujairah Resort. My family and I left with beautiful memories, and we are already looking forward to coming back.

Super wow
It’s really so nice and good hotel I like it with everything ,food is good pool is clean rooms is clean everyday there is tow times housekeeping visit you if you don’t need them you press don’t disturb ,we like the restaurant NAMA as well it’s so good and tasty food all the stuff were friendly specially Hamon with glasses she really tacare of everything and remember your order from others days
