Le Meridien Al Aqah Beach Resort Hero

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially our waitress Jenalyn . The setting is good with the mountains in the background. The rooms were clean and beautifully situated. We will return! I enjoyed the pool and the beach and the staff were very helpful.

Great hotel

It is the best place to stay if you wanna relax and escape from work and city life. We had a relaxing time and we felt like home. Fantastic hotel facilities : a beautiful pool, kids club, table tennis, golf etc..  The beach was very clean and amazing sea water.  Rooms are so spacious, clean and the view is incredible. No words to express the staff who goes above and beyond to make your stay more comfortable. Staff is very accomdating, professional and very friendly. Special thanks to Mr. Sreekanth who gave us a warm welcome.  Kristel who checked in us and gave us a beautiful room. Chami who greeted us every morning at the breakfast table and recommended us some activities to do during the day.  Amresh who assist us with the spa reservation and make sure everything is set.  Thura from the Taste restaurant who was very professional. I would highly recommend the Spa massages, a very good service from Dulari. We will definitely return and can't wait for the next visit!

Amazing Hospitality

This is our third visit stopping for 15 nights. We love this place. It’s the perfect holiday if you are the type of family that likes to have excellent service, superb food and to just relax. If you want to party this might not be the hotel for you. From the greeting at the front entrance to saying goodbye the service has been as usual, exceptional. 
For me it’s this service which really makes this excellent hotel stand out. 
For the more adventurous there are plenty of options locally both at sea and on land. 
Some shout outs for just some of the amazing staff here. 
Amresh who has looked after our little family on all three visits. We have a friend for life. 
All those in Sappore with a special mention to Subu, Puspa, Sain, Puja and Kiran. 
The awesome bar staff who despite the intense heat always have a smile and ensure you have a drink in your hand. Mahmoud is a legend and again has become a good friend over our many visits. The waiting staff in views are again exceptional despite a heavy workload. A special mention for Joey, Tittus, and Yugum.
There are many we’d like to mention, the chefs who will pretty much will bend over backwards to make sure our family’s food needs are met. 
A special mention to Muthu who works the foyer. An outstanding example of customer service and who really does care.

3rd visit!

Such an amazing experience as always. Shout out to Kristel in the reception for giving us the upgrade as it was our 10th Year wedding anniversary. Everything was perfect. Our meals were always delicious at The Views. Thank you Joey for always checking on us whenever we dine. Everyone in this hotel were so incredibly helpful and friendly and ready to go the extra mile.  Shout out also to Shihab at the Concierge for all the help. Whenever we have the itch to go to Fujairah we will only book Le Meridien Al Aqah. This hotel has an exceptional people and the hotel itself is immaculate and the room with a spectacular view. It's our second time staying here. Last time we stayed 4 nights. Can't wait to be back. It's always lovely and relaxing to be here! God bless. See u all soon!

bad GM because of his thought of saving money but not the customers who used to come to this place years and years and they  find things different from that it was years ago.  Hope things will change and be better than what it's on 😔😔😔😔😔 .........
