Really disappointed.
First of all I would like to mention about Novotel because I believe it's comes under the accor. But when I checked in I would say everything goes well but then me and my wife went to the pool for swimming then I asked them to give me a towel and they are completely denied and rather they are asking me where is the swimming suit and usually we had wore a short dresses as well. Even I have seen there so so many other people's are got the towel even they are in also casual dress but anyway we came here to access the pool also. And we are also belongs to hospitality industry and we do know about the policies and all because we are used to visit in different hotel as well in Fujairah and Dubai. But I would say my experience was not good this time because of their unprofessional behavior even they even don't know how to behave with their guest. Specially 2 person are staying over there , they are just doing nothing. Anyway I am gonna make an official complaint to accor website as well. Thanks.
Best Hotel In Fujairah - Best Staff - Best Venue
Excellent food, venues great staff. Rooms are very clean and service is promt. I stayed on weekend and it was worth every penny i spend.
Great stay
This was our second stay at Novotel Fujairah, and once again we were very pleased. First of all, I have to highlight the excellent customer service over the phone, the attendant was patient and helpful, which played a big part in our decision to book the hotel the first time. Upon arrival, we were also very satisfied with the reception. Honestly, congratulations to the staff for their responsiveness! Breakfast is an international buffet with healthy options for sporty guests , such as eggs, yogurt, coffee, vegetables, and fruits , as well as indulgent choices like croissants, cakes, and breads. The gym is equipped with the essentials for those who don’t want to skip a workout, and the pool is perfect for relaxing. I definitely recommend it!

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Hotel Fujairah. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful—especially Sandra at the reception, who made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. Her friendly attitude truly stood out.
The food was delicious and regularly refilled whenever it ran low, which was impressive. My room was comfortable and clean, and the room service was efficient and responsive to our needs.
Overall, a great experience with excellent hospitality. Thank you to the entire team for making the stay so enjoyable!

Good experience …Mr.Altaf has been very helpful in feeding us with good food ..He has taken lot of care during our breakfast & dinner ….this was in Flavors restaurant…
