With only a 90 minutes' drive from Dubai International Airport, the resort is located on the tourist well known beach stretch of Fujairah.
Ewaan serves a signature blend of Arabic and Oriental cuisine, against a backdrop of regal arches, wooden trellises, luxurious drapery and flamboyant accessories.
Dishes are served from live cooking stations and buffets along with coffee and hubbly-bubbly on the open-air terrace, or traditional private dining alcoves. Sit back, relax and unwind on a beach lounger nestled among the pristine sands of our private beach, where the city meets the city and every view is one to savour.
Soak in the sun, take a dip, or simply savour the awe-inspiring views at our picturesque pool area, surrounded by the mountains and just footsteps from the sea. Your little ones can also make a splash and get in on the fun at our Kids' Pool.

Amazing experience with excellent kids’ facilities. The Kids Club was fantastic, and Sharala was especially friendly, kind, and attentive with both the children and the guests. She made us feel very welcome, and the kids had a wonderful time. Highly recommended!
Two days trip to Fujairah
Overall Experience
Overall, I had a good experience during my stay. However, there are several areas where the hotel could improve:
The check-in process lacked professionalism, with insufficient reception staff available at the time of arrival. The room amenities were disappointing. Basic toiletries and other thoughtful essentials that guests would normally expect were lacking. The television and its associated programming were not functioning properly. There was no readily available information about the hotel, its facilities, or guest services in the room. The prices at the hotel restaurants and for room service were exceptionally high compared with the quality and value offered. The hotel does not reflect the standard or attention to detail typically associated with the Address brand. The lack of reception staff during check-in created a poor first impression.
On a positive note, the breakfast staff were exceptionally professional, attentive, and friendly. While the dining area became somewhat chaotic during peak breakfast hours when it was fully occupied, the team handled the situation with courtesy and professionalism.
For dining, I would recommend exploring nearby restaurants, which offer significantly better value for money. In particular, Restaurant Blu by L’Atelier provides excellent food at much more reasonable prices.
The Etihad Train was the highlight of the trip. The staff were outstanding, professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout the journey. I had the pleasure of briefly meeting Mr. Islam, who was exceptionally polite, courteous, and eager to assist. His professionalism and positive attitude left a lasting impression and contributed significantly to an excellent travel experience.

Palace where you can experience Royal Hospitality!!!
We chose this beautiful beach resort in the heart of the city for a two days summer break in mid July. Frankly, it was a wonderful choice!
From the beautifully designed lobby, with its rich Emirati culture theme, to the spotless, comfortable and modernly equipped rooms, everything created a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. The beach, restaurants, gardens and facilities made our short stay feel like a home. Our experience started with a warm welcome from Prasad at reception and ended with a warm goodbye from Rosella. In between, everyone we met was friendly, smiling and genuinely willing to help. 😊
Our room was spotless and very well maintained. Requests were handled quickly, and the team was always ready to assist. Thank you, Ram and Arjun, for your tireless efforts and for always being there whenever we needed something!
The food was another highlight of our stay. We enjoyed breakfast, dinner and room dining, with a great variety of fresh and delicious choices. The taste, quality and service genuinely impressed us. Nandana and Arbaaz, your personal attention and wonderful service will definitely be remembered! A sincere apology to the many other restaurant team members, managers, whose names slipped from my mind. We met so many of you, and it was clear that everyone was making a genuine effort to ensure guests were comfortable and satisfied. Professional, polite and always with a smile. 😊
The pool and beach facilities were equally enjoyable. Heshan and team, thank you for the little chats and for taking the time to check that everything was going well. Those small personal touches really matter.
We also loved the beautiful gardens stretching towards the sea, along with the outdoor sports facilities. They kept us occupied throughout our stay, especially my kid, who had a great time exploring and absolutely enjoyed it!
Not to forget concierge team for helping us capture some beautiful pictures and memorable moments.
Overall, we had a truly wonderful and relaxing stay — a real home away from home. ❤️ This resort is genuinely a GEM. And perhaps the name says it all, it really is a Palace where you can experience Royal Hospitality.
The smiles everywhere, the warmth of the people and the genuine effort to make guests feel comfortable are what made the biggest difference to our experience. (do not forget to experince a small walk in corneiche beach just outside the resort :) )
Thank you to the entire wonderful and professional team for making our summer escape so memorable. We would happily come back and experience it all again and again! ❤️
