VERY BAD EXPERIENCE IN KIDS CLUB!
Very disappointing Kids Club experience
I’m very disappointed with the way one of the Kids Club workers (rosalie) treated the children. She was extremely rude and unfriendly, especially toward the kids. While I was playing on the PlayStation, she took the remote from me in a very disrespectful way instead of simply asking me to stop or explaining the rules.
I also saw her treating other children similarly and trying to make some of them leave. The way she spoke to the kids made the Kids Club feel uncomfortable rather than welcoming.
I expected much better treatment and professionalism from a hotel Kids Club. I’m giving this experience 1 star because of the way the children were treated. I hope management takes this seriously and looks into what happened.
