It was very nice and the view was amazing Spectacular beach view Incredible hospitality The guys from laguna so thanks Sheheer the best barman Also like to mention prabhath from laguna pool so kind and helped for everything I recomend for everyone who looks stay special in rotana

Not recommended
Very disappointing experience. We arrived at 3 PM and only got our first room around 4:30. The room was in bad condition, so we asked to change it. We only got the new room around 6:15 PM, when the pool and beach were already about to close.
The service is extremely slow. You can wait 40 minutes just for a club car, which you need to move around the hotel. We also requested housekeeping at 11 AM and they only came around 4 PM.
Breakfast was below average and dinner was very disappointing, with very limited variety for a hotel serving so many guests.
The hotel seems seriously understaffed and unable to handle full capacity, especially on weekends. You wait too long for almost everything.
I would not recommend this hotel and I would definitely not come back.

The employees aka , manganet and Hanoo are very attentive , caring and open. We had an a la carte dinner at the mediterran restaurant and they made it unforgettable and beautifull. We really recommend this hotel and we had a beautiful evening. 5 stars
