Highly recommend post covid staycation.
The buffet food served for lunch and breakfast felt like prison food. The chicken was undercook from the inside (which is a food hazard) and so were the eggs.
Zero social distancing at the buffet area. People were lined up right behind each other on the buffet despite having social distancing staff....
Staff not attentive at all.. no one picks up their phones. Called reception staff over 10 times about the single beds provided (we requested at booking a queen bed for my wife and I) they either don’t pick up or promise to call back and find a solution, which they obviously never did. We waited for 4 hours to get a call back and they never did.
For restaurant and bars (part of all inclusive deal) you’ll need to call and reserve. Convenient thing is that they never pick up the phone for you to be able to reserve. More than 15 calls later and after making a big deal and complaining to multiple staff, we got a call back later and reserved dinner and bar at 10:30. We went to the bar on time for our reservation and sat there for exactly one hour, only to be asked by the staff and manager to leave as they had another booking they needed to make room for. We were latterly asked to leave the place. They never informed us of a time limit for the booking. The staff at the hotel are not trained properly it seems to run a hotel, let alone a 5 star hotel.
Fifth time in the property and lot of changes due to this pandemic.Hotel is clean and they are doing their best for following rules.Its took little long to check in but we understand why.Thanks to Maria for your help.Fortunately we got the reservation in MeatPoint and they have very limited seats in all the ala Carte restaurants .Thanks to Rajeesh for took care of us.Unfortunately they stopped serving alcohol in the lobby.Food is in the main restaurant is awesome.They had Turkish night on that day.Staffs are really helpful and attentive .They tried their best to push the guests to wear Mask and maintaining social distance.But some stupid guests are really rude to their staffs.Thanks to Ajay ,Mimi and Kenneth .

The pool games and entertainment activities are really nice i enjoyed playing ps 4 at teens club.
The all inclusive option is very convenient as you don't have to carry your wallet or sign receipts every time you eat or drink, around the resort. The staff, although clearly overworked, are the highlight! Always smiling, ever so helpful, delightfully patient and welcoming team. It is not easy to handle so many inebriated guests, families and kids, in such hot weather...
Special mention: Ashish at the Asian restaurant (he is an asset to the hotel!) and Ikramanjon at the Burger place. The main downside of this resort is the quality of food at the main restaurant where one would eat most meals - the buffet features an elaborate menu but somehow the taste is very average, as highlighted by several other reviewers here. Overall, we had a great vacation.
