The room was clean and well maintained. The kids’ activities were outstanding, and my daughter, Allies, especially enjoyed the sushi-making activity. The Kids Disco team was incredibly supportive, especially Mayada, who made the experience even more enjoyable
The newly added activities, such as the perfume. making workshop and the talent show, were fantastic. The kids were so excited and had an amazing time. Thank you so much to the entire team for creating such a fun and memorable experience for the children.
Fish bon restaurant
Very good place for Staycation. Recommended for families and friends. Fish bon restaurant was very good. Special regards to Akash who served us with enthusiasm and respect. A must visit place.

Basic 5 star hotel not Dubai standard
Basic 5 star hotel not the standard we would expect in Dubai after visiting other hotels . No pool drink service around the pool , towels around pool are stained and pool area toilets not clean. You can not escape the music air at the pools during the day and there were a lot of locals at the hotel during this period which crowded pool areas at the weekend.
The buffet is very noisy and the à la carte restaurants limited due to refurbs.
2 bed room was spacious no turn down service at an evening and mini bar was not re filled everyday
Not the standard we would expect for a 5 star in Dubai and would not return spend a little extra for a better 5 star hotel .

Trip to rixos 2026 best stay
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Its location in the northern part of the UAE is perfect, especially during the summer when the weather is more comfortable.
From the moment we arrived, we experienced a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly, caring, and always ready to help. Our Family Suite was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful sea-view balcony.
Everything exceeded our expectations: the room cleaning, the food and drinks, the pools, the entertainment, the music, and the overall atmosphere. There are also many friendly cats around the hotel, which our family really enjoyed.
For adults, there is a separate 16+ infinity pool with great music and a bar, making it a perfect place to relax.
A special thank you to Mr. Ahmed at the reception. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help made our stay even better. He provided outstanding service, and we truly appreciate all his assistance.
We also booked excursions through the tour desk in the hotel. The desert safari and the boat tour were both excellent and very well organized.
Thank you to the entire team for making our vacation so enjoyable. We would be happy to come back again and highly recommend this hotel to other travelers.
