I love coming to Catalonia Royal Tulum! The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming, especially the entertainment team - Diego, Leo, Pau, Eddie, Samuele, Ciro, Gonzalo and Paul. The activities are so much fun and I always enjoy the shows!
We had a fantastic time in Mexico! The catalonia royal is a very low key relaxing resort with a serious jungle feel. We saw tons of little animals that really added to our experience. Coatis, iguanas, lizards, birds and small turtles all on the resort property. The property itself is very nice and laid out easy to understand within a day. It's not huge and that's what we wanted. The large pool and swim up bar were favorites along with the Michael Jackson show! We booked a privilege room and it was very clean and pretty with the 4 poster bed. The staff are all so amazing, they really get hospitality and are so friendly and remember your name. The beach was beautiful, yes there is a little sargassum this year but they work so hard to remove it and the little there did not deter from our experience. Will be back!
Rooms was great, clean and very spacious. The excellent service from beginning to finish and we absolutely enjoyed it . We will be back
Had a fabulous stay at this resort, animation team Diego, Leo, Pau and Eddie are an asset to this resort keeping everyone entertained even during the rain, evening Shows are very good and enjoyed every one, would highly recommend this resort.
