I got upgrade room, near kuta beach/legian beach.. the service is good, breakfast is good, the taste is good. If u with family you can choose pullman, but if u wanna go to restaurant is bit far from this hotel

Needs some umbrellas

Everything was fine except that there are only 2 umbrellas for the entire pool area. Walk down to Bali Bunnings and buy some new umbrellas! Staff were awesome, room amenities need upgrading and the awful drain smell in the shower needs some attentions; other than that, all great!

No hot water for 3 days……rude and arrogant manager…..awesome wait staff, cleaners etc

CONS I made the booking for an extended stay of 10 days for my birthday, hotel promised to provide an upgrade and early checkin - depending on availability. We get there, hotel driver says the hotel is nearly empty at 40% capacity.

We arrive 1 hours prior to checkin and we’re told the room wasn’t ready we had to wait 2 hours, asked about the possibility of an upgrade….as this was one of the main reasons we booked such a long stay - Manager came out said this was never a possibility but providing we pay an extra $300 could be arranged…..that’s not an upgrade. So upgrade not happening, annoying but I’ll live without it - can we go to our room??? ….ummm No…..why?? Apparently the reason we had to wait to get into our room beyond normal check in times was that “they were still getting it ready”...

Waited 2 hours and got to room, shower broken, no hot water and tv reception is weak - again spoke to Dodi manager, we were told to wait until the engineer could get there.

Long story short but management refused to refund unused days and had to waste another day getting Agoda to request a refund so we could move hotels, manager was useless until Agoda began advocating on our behalf to get a refund so we could move.

Eventually offered no refund but a suite to resolve situation and gratefully accepted keen to get on with our holiday……..and……….get to new room …..still no hot water ….tried to fix it…would work for a day and then back to Luke warm……poor engineer comes back and tells us, all rooms in our wing have no hot water…..when will it be fixed?? …not sure….we were told the only solution was to move rooms again. In the end gave up took cold showers for the last 3 days - no contact from management.

PROS The staff at this hotel despite their manager having a limited skill set or interest in resolving issues are amazing. Cleaners, wait staff, breakfast service flawless, remembered our preferences for breakfast, very kind and attentive. In this post Covid world the hotel was super clean. Room service a bit hit and miss - sometimes ordering menu items were provided and other times we were told they were not available- even though we had them the night before.

In short…..be prepared to fight for anything to be resolved……the drama detracted from our holiday and despite the gorgeous staff we will never stay here again.

Thumbs Up to their efforts to satisfy guests

I stayed at Pullman Bali because I saw their "Hot Room" promotion, and interested to try. And I was satisfied, so I extended My stay. When I arrived, I was assigned to their newly renovated room, but I refused it, and ask for a bigger room...

But that room turned out to be so smelly, damp, and its door card slot was broken, maybe because this room had not been renovated yet, also my request was made when i checked in. Then I asked for replacement, a room that sunlight could through directly. This time, I was replaced with a suite room, Thank you Pullman. During My 8days stay, I saw they were renovating lots of rooms. I also use its gym, pool, They were good. Breakfast also good

Breakfast could be better

We stayed in April 2022 for 2 nights for couples. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary. We used our accor plus voucher to upgrade our room...

Surprisingly, they gave us double upgrade to suite room. Staffs were great. Garden was extremely beautiful. Room was clean and great. Room amenities was great. The minus was the breakfast. Breakfast could be better as they're pullman resort.
