Excellent Stay & Outstanding Service
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The location is also very convenient, and overall, everything was great.
A special thanks to Vishnu, the Front Office Duty Manager, for going the extra mile to assist me when I had a small issue with my room. He handled the situation professionally, was very attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of. His excellent service and genuine care really made a difference to my stay.
Thank you to Vishnu and the entire team for making my stay comfortable and memorable. Great service, great location, and a great hotel. Highly recommended!

Health Hazard
While the location was great and the staff was friendly, there was a major issue with our stay that was never fixed. We complained about the very strong mildew odor in the room and was told a new room would be available in a few hours and they would have maintenance look at the current room. We come back to find the alternate room was just as bad. So we stayed in the first room. There was black mold all over the bathroom, the curtains to the front door had black mold, there was obvious water damage to the ceiling. When asking other customers nearby about their rooms, they said they also had a strong odor. One person we talked to was able to move up floors and the odor was gone but they were left with constant standing water in all of their drains in their bathroom. My friends and I all started to feel sick at the end of the trip because of the mold inhalation. Major plumbing upgrades/repairs need to be done to this hotel immediately.
Great service and we’ll be back again!
My wife and I stayed several nights at the Pullman and the food was excellent. Service was excellent Thankyou to Rista, Seni and staff for a great Hospitality service

Hotel and staff and amenities were just fabulous Our lovely waitress Haity was so helpful Everyone so friendly and happy Food was delicious and I recommend the daily egg ‘special’
