Just walk out of your motel and you are in the action. Lot and Lots of shopping and places to eat. Close to Poppy"s Lane 1 and 2...

Clean and Comfortable. Just a short walk to Kuta beach and shopping Centre. Roof Top Pool and Bar. You can also have dinner up there as well.

Good Value & Great Location

Had great holiday staying at Hotel Akmani Legian, location is awesome! Close to all the Kuta / Seminyak action by taxi & not too far walk to beach. Loved the pool level deluxe room - definitely worth it. Breakfast buffet nothing fancy but all enjoyable, Day Spa was awesome...

All the staff are super friendly. Maintenance wise it’s showing normal ‘wear & tear’ but for rooms from approx $50 aud per night; it’s perfect.

Good Location

Stayed here for 10 nights, mixed reviews.

Firstly we had a hotel transfers, the driver who picked us up was very friendly, nice and caring, he also worked int he hotel and looked after us well whilst we were there, including when seeing when he was off duty could not do enough (Sorry i forgotten your name). The staff were friendly, on times with some workers on reception speaking English was a struggle but we managed to communicate with other workers.

The room was average, hotel can do with some updating, we had a king size bed which took most of the room up, the bed was very comfortable but i would have preferred a little more space, the room was clean and kept clean every day. The bathroom needs updating, do not get me wrong its usable but needs updating...

Balcony overlooking swimming pool, was on top 1st floor was nice view and nice spot to relax.

Two pools, one on ground floor and one on roof top, was good to just relax in. The roof top holds parties which were good to attend, bar staff were nice and easy to talk too.

Location is good, not far from party scene, bars and restaurants everywhere on the street, can get very busy in evening and if travelling in a taxi you are more then likely to get stuck in traffic, many people will offer you a taxi ride on there scooter. There are a number of grocery stores on this road which is very hand as its a lot cheaper to buys everyday goods as well as alcohol from here.

Overall its a good hotel for what we paid and i would book again as i know what i am buying. Happy Travels.

We were a group of 17 people accommodating at your property for 2 weeks and this review reflects my opinion towards your customer service experience, due to the fact i also work in a hotel in London. First of all, lets not forget that the first impression of a hotel is through its employees.

Since the check in, your colleagues showed me and to my partner that theres no doubt your staff lacks english as a mandatory language when you work for a 4 starts hotel, no matter where in the world the hotel is, they should know it, conversational, not mechanically. We had our first night deposit taken upfront and they were all confused about the payment settlement for the rest of the accommodation. The building itself is not much to complain about, the management takes good care, almost daily when it comes to cleaning and here i cant say much, they are doing their job. Its understandable, its a hot and humid period when its not much you can do to satisfy everyones needs.

Although i had breakfast included, it didnt mind me to pay extra in cash everyday for 2 double expresso as the included coffee provided was not on my taste. Here comes the best part of my encounter: First breakfast had with you seemed to be very nice, i always make sure to not get any extra charges on my room and i got tricked into signing and and also paying in cash for the first bill, the following days i only paid, didnt sign anything.

On the day of the check out, i was surprised to be informed i had extra charge of 2 double expresso on my room, the value didnt bother me, just the attitude your receptionist used with me by keep pushing it all the way that i own them money...

For the fact she didnt really understood what i was explaining her, she called one of her supervisors, who had a double check and said that it was a mistake from their side and that the bill was settled.

All good after, we moved our luggages in one of our friends rooms that had a late check out and later on when we were suppose to call a Gojek cab, one of the receptionists approached my partner in regards of the same bill. I was in shock and i went straight to the reception to speak with them again, and they kept saying the bill was never closed. My fellow colleagues from that reception, how did you manage to close and check out my room with my bill on 0 and then you claim again money for the same thing? Its absurd and for the fact we had your supervisor checking for me and clearly saying it was a mistake from your side, how do you still make a fuss for it? I got very angry, took some cash out gave them the money and told them that this will be reflected as a review on tripadvisor towards their customer service. Guys, i dont claim anything, just train your receptionists properly and do the handover in time so none of your future visitors have to encounter such experience. Also, you can also investigate once again, for room number #322 check in 6th, check out on the 19th of February.

Secluded in party place kuta

The rooms felt more like twin room than the pool viewing rooms as seen on booking site. However , staff were cordial and even added a special touch on my birthday with a cake piece and simple room decoration. Lots of restaurants in and around? With shopping and massage stores...

Roger bali activities are easily accessible from this place. Breakfast spread on non veg days are a delight. However more veg options with description would be appreciated.
