We had an amazing experience for three weeks at the Stones. It was our second visit. Beautiful rooms, amazing food and one of the best gyms I’ve been to in Bali. What really stood out were the staff. All of them made me feel like a Queen while staying there. I especially would like to mentiont the lovely smiling Yuli from guest relations who constantly checked on my husband and I to make sure we were happy with our stay. We had a beautiful arrival welcome in our room and constant weekly treats and a departing treat. Suka Arba who serviced our room was fantastic and always made sure we were well looked after. A thank you to Krisna on reception as well. I have to admit I miss The Stones already 😊🙏

100% would recommend the Stones. Great location, amazing staff, amazing breakfast, comfortable beds and lovely pool area. We had a lovely 4 day stay and cannot wait to come back. We had a balcony room which overlooked the pool which was super lovely

From the very moment we arrived at The Stones Hotel in Bali, we knew we were in for something special. Right at check-in, we were welcomed by Krisner at the reception desk, and honestly, he made our entire arrival experience unforgettable.
Krisner was incredibly friendly, warm, and radiated such positive energy from the first second. His good vibes were contagious, and it was clear he genuinely loves what he does. Despite the front desk being busy, he worked quickly and efficiently, making our check-in process smooth and effortless — no waiting around, no confusion, just fast, professional, and friendly service with a smile the whole time.
Within minutes, our luggage was already being carried up to our room, and Krisner made sure every detail of our arrival was taken care of. It's rare to find someone in hospitality who combines genuine warmth with such efficiency, but Krisner truly excels at both. He is, without a doubt, one of the best reception staff we have ever encountered at any hotel, anywhere.
Beyond the incredible welcome, The Stones Hotel itself completely blew us away. The lobby is absolutely stunning — elegant, spacious, and beautifully designed, giving us a real sense of luxury from the first step inside. The pool area is massive and gorgeous, perfect for relaxing under the Bali sun, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel exudes good energy and comfort throughout.
We felt so happy and at home during our entire stay. The combination of a beautiful, luxurious property and outstanding staff like Krisner made this one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. If you're planning a stay at The Stones Hotel, we highly recommend it — and if you're lucky enough to be greeted by Krisner at reception, you're in for a truly wonderful start to your trip.

We would just like to say how exceptional our experience at the Stones was!!!!! We had the most fantastic, beautiful most satisfying time, I would highly recommend this place for everything like convenience,close to everything, beach across the road, food was beautiful, swim up bar, staff were unbelievably helpful and friendly and could not do enough for their guests we just had the greatest time and will definitely be coming back, it wasn’t our first time there and definitely won’t be our last

Amazing, peaceful, clean and helpful
The location was amazing right across the beach and near markets and established shopping centre, the staff was the most amazing, kind and helpful I’ve ever come across shout out to yoga only 17 but such a hard worker
