Excellent Rooms, service and food
The hotel rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Love that the rooms are kept very clean with excellent housekeeping svc that comes round twice daily. The breakfast and Thai restaurants serve fresh and a wide variety of very delicious food. The hotel staff give excellent service. We would especially like to thank Giulio and Charlene who made us feel very at home. Whenever we dined at the pool side bar, Charlene was very accommodating and always ensured we were well served.
Perfect hotel, service-oriented, luxury stay
This was our second stay at Santiburi Koh Samui, and once again the hotel confirmed the level of comfort and service that made us return. The resort has a very large territory immersed in tropical greenery and rich in local flora and fauna — birds, squirrels, fish, and frogs live freely throughout the property, creating a peaceful atmosphere. The hotel is located directly on a beautiful sandy beach with comfortable access to the sea and without significant low tides. The rooms are exceptionally spacious with a practical layout. Large comfortable beds, good pillows, efficient and completely quiet air conditioning positioned not to disturb guests, plus thoughtful amenities including bathrobes, slippers, uniquely scented toiletries, Smart TV, refrigerator, complimentary tea and coffee with a coffee machine, and a welcome fruit plate. Service is consistently excellent. Guest Relations checks guest comfort, housekeeping is performed several times daily, and chilled drinking water is available everywhere — in the room, at the beach, and by the pool. In the evenings, scented candles are lit near the rooms to help reduce mosquitoes. Beach service is especially well organized: plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, staff prepare towels at your chosen spot and bring cold water. Complimentary ice cream is served daily by the sea. Breakfast deserves special mention — excellent quality and variety including fresh juices, fruits, cheeses, pastries, and many hot and cold options. Although we travel without children, we noticed how well the hotel is prepared for families, with indoor and outdoor play areas and beach toys. This hotel is really highly recommended!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service and a Perfect Stay at Santiburi Koh Samui
We recently spent seven wonderful days at Santiburi Koh Samui, and our experience exceeded all expectations.
From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. At Santiburi, guest satisfaction is clearly a top priority. The entire staff was exceptionally attentive, professional, and friendly. What impressed us most was their remarkable attention to detail and their willingness to accommodate every request.
Our room was spotless and impeccably maintained throughout our stay. We especially appreciated that the staff checked several times whether we were comfortable with our pillows and even offered different options to suit our personal preferences. These thoughtful touches made us feel truly valued as guests.
The hotel enjoys a beautiful beachfront location with direct access to a stunning, peaceful beach. The sun loungers were extremely comfortable, and the entire atmosphere was relaxing and serene – exactly what we were looking for.
The culinary experience was another highlight. Every restaurant we visited offered delicious food of outstanding quality. The breakfast buffet was simply exceptional and left nothing to be desired. Even after seven days, we had not come close to trying everything that was available. The variety, freshness, and quality were truly impressive.
We also loved the hotel’s app, which made communication with the front desk effortless. Whether requesting assistance, asking questions, or browsing restaurant menus, everything was conveniently accessible and very user-friendly.
Overall, our stay at Santiburi Koh Samui was outstanding in every respect. The combination of excellent service, beautiful surroundings, luxurious comfort, and exceptional dining made this a truly memorable vacation.
We highly recommend Santiburi Koh Samui and would not hesitate to return. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special.

Where can I start breakfast is top class so much choice that changes everthing fresh staff so nice and friendly - Beech house bar top class - best swimming pool I have ever experienced in any hotel or resort and then you have the beach which out of this world. The staff are world class lm so sorry I have forgotten the names. I dare to dream and plan to return to Santiburi in the near future

Second time we cannot fault
This is our second time ee stayed at Santiburi. Again everything alwas perfect from a huhe high quality breakfast to daily cleaning of our room. The resorts spa has very high standards. The food in all restaurants is very fresh and very tasty.
