Crest Resort and Pool Villas

What a stunning resort, located up in the Mountains overlooking the Sea and Patong. Surrounded by lush greenery, a good sized Infinity Pool with swim up pool bar. We went here for our Honeymoon and were so glad we chose this place. We opted for the Deluxe Panaroma Pool Room, so had the luxury of opening the sliding room door directly to own little jacuzzi section (not heated, just jets) that goes into infinity pool area that interconnects with the main pool, allowing you to effectively swim half the perimiter of the Hotel.

We had planned to go either Full Board or All Inclusive here, but upon arrival they seem to have a Points scheme, whereby you put funds on your room tab and they'll give you extra Baht to use, dependent on how much you put on room. I think we put max of 10000 Baht on room each time and you got 25% bonus funds to use. We were there 2 weeks and only had to put on 20000 Baht roughly of our own money, as we essentially got a free 10000 Baht to spend from the bonus scheme. Saved us quite a bit of money which was a welcome surprise. Not sure if this was something they do all the time or just maybe during off season when its generally quieter, as it's not advertised anywhere on their website that they do this.

The Staff are all so friendly and will bend over backwards to help you in anyway they can, always someone nearby or at front desk if needed. The cleaner was so lovely as well, my Wife and the cleaner were leaving each other little thankyou notes each day and the cleaner would surprise us sometimes with a creative towel arrangement on the bed of different animals which made us smile.

The hotel was very clean as well, couldn't fault it all for being dirty at any point.

Good selection of food options at both Pool bar and Pano Lounge. I'm a fussy, plain eater, but had no problem tucking into the burgers, club sandwich, skewers and different fish/steak meals on offer. Breakfast also had a good wide range, lots of fruit, cereal, bread/bakery options, eggs done however you like them etc etc., as you'd expect from a Continental style breakfast selection. Also had hot food to choose from as well, though as a Brit, felt odd seeing Curry / Chicken / Rice sort of foods on offer for breakfast, as not something would commonly see back home or anywhere I've been abroad before.

Lots of drink options as well, from juices to smoothies to mocktails to a wide range of alcoholic drinks.

Reasonably priced, cheaper than UK prices, but not as cheap as what you'll pay down in Patong. To be expected though from a luxury Resort.

Great they offer free shuttle bus service into Patong as well every 2 hours (and back), saves you roughly 400 Baht each way!

Would highly recommend this place and if we ever return to Phuket, would very likely come back to stay here again.
