What the hell
Stains everywhere, chipped paint. We asked for a case of water because we drink a lot of water really quick so when it arrives with only four bottles we were so surprised. We clearly stated we wanted a case of water (even if it cost money) but only received FOUR bottles. When we entered our room we called front desk to help us with WiFi trouble but they cut off the phone before we could finish. Hope it gets better

Fantastic stay
Excellent service from all the staff at the main dining area (especially Adul). Cleaners have perfect eye for details and did a great job of cleaning rooms and all areas every day. Fantastic message at the spa with Kate and Tatar.
A Fabulous resort in Phuket !
Fabulous resort in Phuket, located near Patong Beach. We had a wonderful stay! All the staff are very friendly and service-minded. Special thanks to Gubgib, a lovely young lady who took such great care of us and made our stay even more enjoyable.
bad experience
very bad experience, i booked for 8 days and because of amending the date they have cancelled my booking and lost all of my money and spent the day on the streets with my kids looking for a hotel with out even giving any solutions
