Exceptional Hospitality and Service — A Truly Wonderful Stay at Four Points by Sheraton
My stay at Four Points by Sheraton was truly above and beyond my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my entire stay.
A special thank you to Love, who handled my check-in perfectly. She was very professional and friendly, explained everything about the hotel clearly, and made sure all my questions were answered. Her excellent service made me feel very welcomed from the beginning.
I would also like to give the Housekeeping team a 10/10 for their outstanding service. The room was cleaned exceptionally well, and I was very impressed with the attention to detail and cleanliness throughout my stay.
The check-out experience was also very smooth. I would like to thank Kim, the manager, who personally greeted me and kindly escorted me to Summer, who assisted me with completing the check-out process. Both were very professional and welcoming.
Overall, I had an excellent experience, and the amazing staff truly made my stay special. Thank you to the entire team for the exceptional hospitality. I would definitely stay at Four Points by Sheraton again and highly recommend it to others! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We absolutely love staying at Four Points by Sheraton Phuket Patong Beach Resort. It has such a wonderful atmosphere, and every stay has been a pleasure. The staff are warm, genuinely enthusiastic, and always go out of their way to help. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist make all the difference. Special shout out to Mone who always has a wonderful smile for everyone! It’s this exceptional hospitality that keeps me coming back. Highly recommended!
Loved my stay!
Absolutely love my stay here! Room was clean and tidy and staff came by each day for house keeping. Location was perfect! Right by the beach and not far from main shopping areas and great food spots. Gym, pool, restaurants and bars all within the hotel building. My favourite spot was Chao Leh Kitchen, with an all you can eat breakfast. Shout out to Judy who always had a smile on his face and was willing to help with anything you needed!! While this hotel is more expensive than others in the area you do really pay for what you get here. Well worth the stay!
Terrible management
I am currently staying at the hotel. The dining is mismanaged with the staff at Sears and Co. Completely rude and the service and food is mismanaged. There is only one dining option at the hotel at night where he made us sit right next to the toilet. After saying that he would shift us towards the front, he gave it to another family from outside the hotel . Then we had to call repeatedly to order the food. I asked one burger to be sent to the room whi h arrived after 1 hour. The jackfruit burger was soggy to say the least .
