Patongs Great Grand Mecure
Great location & deal through Luxury Escapes. Food & Staff at Bubbles restaurant was always awesome. Zoe at check in was really helpful & made our trip just that little bit more special. Have stayed in different locations around Patong & this for value & experience was one of our favs. Definitely recommend pool access room.

After staying at the Grand Mercure Phuket Patong in 2020 and 2022, we are now back again in 2026, our third stay at this wonderful hotel! We really appreciate the warm hospitality and friendliness of the staff. Whenever there is a problem or difficulty, the team responds quickly and does everything possible to find a good solution. A special thank you to Ms. Orin, who gave us excellent recommendations at the restaurant. Thanks to her advice, we enjoyed some delicious cake and fantastic drinks, we were absolutely delighted! Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We always feel very welcome here and are already looking forward to coming back again.
