كانت إقامتي في فندق كامالا تجربة جميلة جدًا ومميزة، ومن أول لحظة دخلت فيها الفندق شعرت بالراحة وحسن الاستقبال. الفندق بشكل عام جميل ومرتب، والأجواء فيه هادئة ومريحة، والخدمة ممتازة. أكثر شيء أعجبني هو تعامل الموظفين، حيث كانوا محترمين ومتعاونين وودودين جدًا، ودائمًا يحاولون مساعدة الضيوف وتقديم أفضل خدمة ممكنة.

وأحب بشكل خاص أن أشكر الموظف أليكس على تعامله الرائع والمميز. أليكس شخص محترم وابتسامته جميلة وتعاملُه مع الضيوف راقٍ جدًا، وكان دائمًا متعاونًا وسريع الاستجابة. وجود أشخاص مثل أليكس يجعل تجربة الإقامة في الفندق أفضل بكثير ويترك انطباعًا جميلًا لدى الضيف.

My stay at Kamala Hotel was a wonderful and memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt very welcomed and comfortable. The hotel is beautiful, clean, peaceful, and well organized, and the overall service was excellent.

What I appreciated the most was the attitude of the staff. Everyone was friendly, respectful, helpful, and always willing to assist the guests. Their positive attitude really made my stay more enjoyable and relaxing.

I was very disappointed with my experience at this hotel. Unfortunately, the stay did not meet my expectations, especially considering the price and the overall reputation of the hotel. From the moment I arrived, there were several issues that made the experience uncomfortable and frustrating. The check-in process was slower than expected, and the staff did not seem particularly welcoming or helpful when I asked for assistance.

The room was another major disappointment. Although it looked acceptable at first, there were several problems that became noticeable during my stay. The cleanliness was not at the standard I expected, and some areas of the room appeared to have been overlooked. The overall condition of the room also felt outdated, and I expected much better maintenance for a hotel of this type.

One particular issue that bothered me was the service. Whenever I needed something or had a question, it often took too long to receive a response. I felt that my concerns were not treated seriously, which made the situation even more frustrating. A good hotel should make its guests feel comfortable and valued, but unfortunately, I did not feel that way during my stay.

The location was convenient, but that alone was not enough to make up for the other problems. There are many hotels in the area that offer better service, cleaner rooms, and a more pleasant overall experience. Based on my stay, I would not choose this hotel again, and I would hesitate to recommend it to friends or family.

Had a great stay at Kalima Resort. The staff really made the trip, service unlike any other. Super attentive and friendly staff throughout, especially Pang and Spoy behind the bar, who made really good drinks and were fun to chat with. Rooms were clean, service was quick, and overall a relaxing stay.
