Superb vacation at Msocial Phuket. From check in, customer experience and also facilities. Stayed for 4 nights in this hotel and each encounter was a dream. Fantastic location with Jungceylon mall and Central mall just downstairs. Shopping and food was extremely easy. I would like to call out front desk staff, Mercedes. She is one of a kind and so helpful and caring. Makes my experience extra special. She is a detailed and hands on, helpful person and deserves to be promoted. Wonderful team of customer front staff. I would certainly choose MSocial phuket once again if I come back to Phuket for my next vstion which I hope to be soon.

We really enjoyed our stay at M Social Hotel Phuket. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the breakfast was lovely.
The location was definitely the standout for us. Everything you need is right next door or within easy walking distance, including bars, pubs, restaurants, Big C supermarket, shops, and markets. It was so convenient and made our stay even more enjoyable.
We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Phuket.
Great hotel in a great location central to just about everything. The room was very spacious and clean. The beds super comfortable which I loved. Our first night was very quiet but the next night the guest next door was very loud and and was up all night which I hated. The customer service was superb I have no complaints.
