New experience at Patong
All good with this stay and our family. The staff were very nice and helpful Mercedes and Rodbus. Very convenience because this one is very close to everything.

Great location and service
Great hotel and service. Very well Located. We got great personalised service at Beasts and Butterflies, the restaurant on ground floor. Special mention and thank you to Lhoon, Au and Karn.
Long waiting
While waiting in the lobby to check in, I was instructed by a staff member named TANGKWA to wait until she finished assisting the guest ahead of me. I respected the queue and waited patiently. However, once she finished with that guest, instead of attending to me, she completely disregarded my turn and started serving another person who arrived after me. This caused an unnecessary and frustrating delay. Respecting the queue order is basic customer service, and this experience was highly disappointing.
