Really enjoyed my two weeks stay at Marriott Merlin. The Staff and Facilities made the stay really relaxing and felt like home. To name a few Tana, Fa, Mook, Kik and PingPing went the extra mile and made the experience amazing. The food at Beach Grill was great with my preference on skewers and Akami tuna salad. Would definitely recommend to my friends. Also the hotel provided daily Muy Thaï cessions with experienced trainers and cannot praise enough Dom and Sunny who patiently coached me and enabled me to improve my technique. The bay is amazing to swim and snorkel and there is also Jetski but not part of hotel. All in all a great family get away.
Staffs at the Reef center was very friendly, I enjoyed the food at the hotel as well.

Absolutely five stars—honestly, ten stars if I could! We came as a family, and every single one of us was blown away. My wife and daughter both gave it nothing but endless praise and couldn’t stop talking about how incredible everything was. It was a perfect family meal from start to finish.
Jib took care of us and was an absolute gem—so warm, attentive, and genuinely lovely. Her colleagues Alex, Pim, Lisa, and Na were fantastic too, and the whole team made us feel so welcome and looked after.
We tried the restaurant’s recommended dishes, and every single one was unreal—the flavors tasted like magic. The balance was absolutely perfect: sour, spicy, sweet, salty, savory, and aromatic, all in beautiful harmony. Each bite was a little miracle, and Jib’s recommendations were spot on.
Thank you, Jib, Alex, Pim, Lisa, and Na, for such an unforgettable meal. This place is officially our family’s Thai food heaven. Ten out of ten, highly recommended, and we will definitely be back! 🇹🇭✨
