A manager who turned a rough arrival into the best hospitality experience of our trip.
We stayed at HOMM bliss Patong in Phuket and had the pleasure of being looked after by a manager named Daniel. This was actually the last hotel of our trip, after having stayed at several others along the way, and it ended up being the best one by far. We arrived late, around 7-8pm, at an awkward hour, and on top of that, one of us was dealing with an injury from earlier in the day at Koh Phi Phi. We were tired, uncomfortable, and honestly not in the best mood to be checking into a hotel.
From the moment we walked in, Daniel completely changed the tone of our trip. He didn’t just check us in — he handled every detail with so much warmth and patience that we immediately felt like we were somewhere safe rather than just another hotel. He made sure we were comfortable despite the injury, checked in on how we were feeling, and recommended we stay in a room with the best view, which turned out to be, without exaggeration, the best view in all of Patong. If you’re planning a stay and want the same experience, ask for room 484 — it’s oceanfront, with the world-famous Patong Beach just across the street, and a few steps away from the best restaurants and main tourist spots in Phuket.
Daniel has that rare quality where you can tell someone is genuinely passionate about their career in hospitality — not because it’s their job, but because it’s who they are. After a whole trip of hotel-hopping, it says a lot that this one, largely because of him, ended up being our favorite. Because of him, HOMM bliss Patong feels like a place we’ll keep coming back to for years. If the rest of the team is anything like him, this hotel is in excellent hands, but he in particular deserves real recognition and appreciation for how he treated us.

Location very goods, not busy area and the room has a nice view, full seaview and clean. The staff was very helpful, especially Natt, Game, Bao and Paepae from reception and Khwan from FB.

the view from the hotel is amazing you will love it everytime you come out in your balcony .. at the reception there is a guy ashik who is very much helpful and understand every small thing amazing person 🙂
Great hotel in an ideal location.
Stayed at the Homm Bliss a couple of times and will definitely be back again. Great location and access to places to eat and visit. Lovely staff, and Daniel, Lulu and team were very helpful and friendly at all times. Thank you David & Lee
