Great Holiday Spot
Loved this resort. We had a delux seaview room with balcony. Magnificent views and close to the lobby and restaurants. Easy walk down the hill to the beach and there is a shuttle to drive you back up if you need it. Also an elevator that will take you halfway up. Also there is a free shuttle to and from the resort to the Jungceylon shopping centre which is close to Bangla rd. Lovely beach and everything nearby. Three pools etc. We'll definately be back. Only negative was that a lot of the staff spoke very little english so communication at times was difficult.

We met Mr best at the pool he was a great person very friendly. He made great drinks/ quick service… kept coming to check in and see if everything was ok definitely will be back. See you soon Mr best.

2 Wonderfull weeks with family (2 children) in NOVOTEL. As we are French, we already know NOVOTEL ´s quality and services. We are very happy.

Novotel Patong - 5 star
Upon arrival, Novotel has a mesmerising view of lovely Patong. As it is on a hill, you have a free shuttle bus that runs until 10pm which will take you up and down for free. We stayed in a Pool access room which is very spacious, clean and well kept. You do share this pool with about 7 more rooms. You also have three levelled pools with a view, lowest being more for kids with a basketball and volleyball, middle being deep end and first being shallow. On the lower level you have Herring Bar with happy hour being between 1500-1700 and the lovely Mr. Mud and Mr Jame helped us with orders. They were very friendly and accomodating. Sky bar and V lounge (dinner available at both) also have happy hours between 1800-2000. Moreover, breakfast runs between 0630-1030, with a variety of savoury and sweets to choose from. They also make omelette, scrambled eggs, Benedict and fried eggs fresh. Overall, Novotel staff are extremely friendly, helpful and respectful, the room is amazing and comfortable and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay in Novotel Phuket resort. The staf was great and we felt very welcome. Many thanks to mr. Mud our bartender for many delicious cocktails at the poolside and his great and friendly service
