Sleek and Modern
Brilliant staff and modern spacious rooms with a great breakfast and pool area. Back entrance to the beach which was perfect for a snack or smoothie from the street markets. We were in a Junior Suite with views over the resort and the staff were simply amazing.
Wonderful stay in a beautiful resort
Excellent location as near to Kata beach, night market, amenities & F&B. Staff services are fantastic. Suitable for young children as the water & the food within the premises are clean. Pest Control came to do fogging and no mossie bites during the 7 nights stay. Had some requests for them & all are fulfilled
The only place to stay is OZO !
We LOVED this resort .... from the rooms, pool, location, the staff were amazing ( especially Naan on Reception) Do yourself a favour and don't waste your time trying to find somewhere better than OZO, because you won't. We experienced a bad hotel stay in Kata and were lucky enough that OZO had rooms spare that we could book in and start our holiday again and in such a GREAT resort. Thank you OZO, loved our stay with you !!!!

Second time here, and will definitely return again! For a stay with kids this place is ideal - great pools, 2 min walk to beach, lots of activities for the kids (like outdoor movie nights each night with popcorn & marshmallows) and the food is great. Staff are super friendly and helpful - with thanks especially Nong who always went above and beyond to help make our and my son’s stay wonderful.
Best Hotel in Kata, AMAZING hotel staff, especially Naan on Reception!!!!
We didn't have a real great start to our stay in Kata. But once we changed hotels and got to the OZO ....WOW!!!! All of the staff are extremely polite and an extra special shout out to "Naan" at Reception, he is incredible and the reason we chose to stay at OZO. Everything about this hotel is perfect! You will not be dissapointed with your stay here. Great location, great facilities, very clean and tidy. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Thailand. Thank you OZO Hotel and to all of your amazing staff.
