Natura Algarve Club

Absolutely loved the Natura. Was wary due to the reviews however our experience was amazing. The staff were outstanding, nothing was too much trouble , always polite and checked in to see how we was. The check in process was smooth and the lady in reception insisted she carried our cases to the room. The room was spotless , air con fantastic, well equipped with washing machine, cutlery , plates , oven etc etc . It is a 3 star hotel and isn’t as modern as some may like it, but you get what you pay for and in my opinion was a bargain. There is young groups in the hotel , they were all lovely gangs boys and girls, no bother whatsoever and always had a good chat with us. The location is amazing get an uber to old town/ new town never paid more than £5 on the app, if you wanted you could walk most places. Supermarkets including Aldi in walking distance if you want to work to a budget. Our boys loved a pizza at the bar and enjoyed the pool. Was always plenty of room in the pool and sunbeds available. There was a Dj on and a saxophonist on the days we were there and it was good vibes. I have been 5 star hotels and this one you couldn’t of asked more for the price you pay. I would highly recommend to anyone, including families. We have just got home and already looking to book again very soon. Thank you to all the staff .

Absolute dump of a place. 1.Sprinklers on all night can’t get to room without being soaked. 2.Room windows can open from outside. 3.Rooms stink. 4:Air-con doesn’t work properly. 5.Staff are incredibly rude. 6.Horrible music by pool worst live singer I’ve ever heard would rather listen to someone scratch forks on a plate. 7.Dusty all over the rooms looks likes it’s never seen a duster in its time. 8.drinks are over priced at pool have to pay extra for cup. 9.Room doors do not lock properly had to get staff in 2x to fix door. 10. Of night of checking in was just given key and just had to guess where our room was.

Could go on forever stay well clear of this hotel.
