Great hotel, perfect location very clean. The staff are fantastic especially Alain and Oriel they made it a perfect stay. I can highly recommend joining in the pool games. We will definitely be returning
Visited the RH Victoria from September 13 -20th 2026. Overall we loved the hotel and the staff were amazing, customer service was first class. We had a twin room with a balcony and a seperate area which held a sofa, large screen TV and large built in wardrobe with plenty of storage and hanging space and a free safe. The actual bedroom also had a TV , bedside cabinets, a desk and chair and a fridge, a kettle with tea, coffee and milk which was topped up. We were on the 13th floor and the view was amazing. We had a sea and pool view and we could see for miles in all directions. The hotel arranged a mobility scooter for us and Amigo delivered to us. There are charging points and also a place you can securely lock the scooter and charge it. At the end of the holiday Amigo come and get the scooter. The food was very good, you could always find something to eat. However, at breakfast there was no back bacon (English) or cornflakes, rice krispies or coco pops for children. The porridge, omelettes and poached eggs were delicious. In the evening the food was very good but there was no ice cream and we paid for bottled water every night and found out on the last night that there was water available with ice and lemon for free. Puddings that are gluten free would have been good. The pool and sunbeds were in shade all morning, so we never got to swim or sunbathe and we usually spend the whole morning by the pool, so that was disappointing. You can get towels from reception for the pool. €20 refundable deposit. Never saw the spa, don't know if it was open. Watched entertainment the first night and was pretty good. He got the people dancing but went out every night after that and there was lots to see. Not far to the beachfront. The lifts were great. We never had to wait any longer than 2 minutes. Overall it was a lovely holiday at the RH Victoria.
Great time at RH Victoria. Staff are amazing, rooms are spotless. Location is only 5 mins walk to the beach . Lovely atmosphere in all areas of the hotel. Food was amazing something for everyone.

Room cleaning hit and miss room ok but door would not open and close told maintenance not bothered no instructions for safe internet poor not value for money hotel 2 star at most
