Nice family holiday
A good +4 hotel.
Bedrooms a bit outdated but clean.
Only a few cons and I will mention the restaurant.
While the food was amazing it was an adventure to get a table. If you are a group of 6 or 8 forget about sitting together. The staff was running literally between cleaning and resetting tables. Drinks were coming after 10 min. The buffer displays were so close to each other and very tight.
Most of the staff were friendly. Esme from Bistro always making lovely coffees in the morning.
The pools including kids one are very good.
Entertainment also good. Maybe to cut down the Russian music.
I will consider the hotel for another visit.
Exciting and relaxing experience in the Spa "Ocean Club"
Had a great experience at Spa "Ocean Club". They offer a variety of massages in a calm and relaxing atmosphere, with the pleasant aroma of essential oils in the air. I want to highlight the excellent service provided by specialist July - truly top-notch. The admin team, Umeda and Sanjar, were very accommodating with scheduling, showing flexibility to meet client needs. Looking forward to my next visit for more relaxation. Highly recommended for a positive spa experience.
Really enjoyed the vacation
I totally enjoyed the 2 weeks in the hotel. The staff are all really nice, including the animationteam. Especially Angelica is a totally nice person, always has a good mood and she is very good with people, especially with children.

We really enjoyed our time at Alva Donna. The hotel is in a convenient location. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Cigdem, Can, Fikret, Zehra and Guldeste. They work so hard to keep us comfortable. Really appreciate that.

Most of guests were Russian. A Russian woman pushed my son on the lift. So rude.
I may consider to revisit Alva Donna in the future. Overall, I was satisfied.
Vocation with my family (2kids)
The first time we visited Alva Donna (AD) BR&S was in July. It was a brilliant vacation, and by the end of our trip, we had fallen in love with AD. Two months after our first vacation, we decided to return to AD for our second one.
We have two kids, so the kids' club and food are essential to us. I can confidently say that the Alva Kids Club is the best club we have ever seen. There are activities every day, including a mini dancing club. Our daughter has been singing songs from the dance club even two weeks after our previous vacation. All team of kids club incredible, but we'd like to express our gratitude personally to Noma and Nadia for making our experience so enjoyable.
The gala night was exceptionally large-scale and impressive. Room service and cleaning are excellent; the room is cleaned every day.
AD offers several dining options for lunch and dinner, with a menu that includes many dishes to suit every taste.
We definitely plan to return to AD in the future.
