Innvista Hotel

We went to Innvista beginning of September first holiday with our grandchildren, couldnt fault the hotel in regards to cleanliness, restaurant was like a zoo at breakfast, dinner and tea. I was stopped taking two bread rolls up to my room, yet there were people taking plates piled high back to there rooms and not being stopped. Our daughter and 2 grandchildren who where staying at The Land of Legends came for the day to our hotel, paid to use the facilities. The 2 little ones where playing in the kiddies pool, our daughter went to get them some food only to be stopped by bar staff who said no food can be consumed by the pool. My partner went to reception spoke to Management and explained what had happened and requested that they came out and walked around as there where people eating chips, burgers, ice creams and drinks in and around the pool area, no one came out. Security at the entrance to the hotel was an absolute joke, they see you leave the hotel, then when you come back in they frog march you into reception, as my partners wrist band was in my bag and I was by the pool. People out of the hotel were very friendly and welcoming, it's just that hotel, they don't like the English. Won't be returning.

I had a wonderful vacation there. Rooms were clean and had everything I needed. Exceptional staff - from bartenders to receptionist to animators, everyone was very polite, professional, and friendly. Plenty of pools to choose from, and lots of daily activities led by the animation team that kept me entertained during the day, along with colorful evening events in the amphitheater. As a whole, the atmosphere is amazing and keeps you in a good mood, which leads to guests being eager to connect and chat with each other in the common areas, by the pools or during the daily games.

I'm Definitely recommending the place and plan on going back next summer!

Overall a nice stay but it is not a 5-star hotel.....more like a good 4 star one. Good points: nice public spaces, good facilities, pools, great entertainment, very good a-la-cart restaurants Bad points: buffet food was very average quality and repetitive and certainly lets the hotel down! We decided to eat out at the Land of Legends on three evenings to escape the monotony of the buffet range, Beach bar catering was terrible with only burgers or chicken nuggets and chips available, both rather low quality and usually served cold by inexperienced staff. The minibus transfer was good and always well timed. Some of the hotel staff need training on dealing with the guests and they very rarely smiled. English is not widely spoken and we had trouble communicating. Reception staff were helpful and polite. Rooms were a little "tired" for a 5-star hotel and needed some attention. Shame that some areas let this hotel down!
