⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely wonderful family stay at Pullman Maldives All-Inclusive Resort. From the beautiful location and stunning surroundings to the excellent rooms, atmosphere and facilities, everything was truly exceptional.
A special appreciation to Ali Khan from Reservations, Hassan Ghuman, and the F&B lady, who all provided outstanding service throughout our stay. Their professionalism, warmth, attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile made our experience even more memorable.
The hospitality was exceptional, and the resort is a fantastic choice for a family holiday. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would definitely love to return. Highly recommended!

2 night beach pool room and 2 night ocean pool room. very sweet service from Iris.
We had an excellent stay at this beautiful resort. The villas were high quality, the island was lush and beautifully maintained, and the team went above and beyond to make our visit truly memorable.
Outstanding Personal Service
Mr. Anas, our local butler, took exceptional care of us throughout our stay. He arranged everything with great attention to detail, checked in with us regularly, and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our time on the island. We may forget some names, and for that we apologize, because everyone we met was kind, helpful, and welcoming.
Breakfast and Warm Hospitality
Breakfast offered a diverse and delicious selection, supported by a wonderful team. Mrs. Mai welcomed us each morning with a beautiful smile and always helped us find the right table. Mr. Kooty, who looked after us at breakfast, brought positive energy to every morning with his smile and attitude. Even on rainy days, he made the day feel bright.
The rest of the breakfast team was equally attentive. Whenever a water glass was empty, it was refilled immediately and always with a smile. Everything was well-prepared, fresh, and tasty.
Dining Experiences
Sea Grill was the closest restaurant to our villa, and every visit began with a warm welcome. Mrs. Raveesha always greeted us kindly, and Mr. Mohamed gave excellent dish recommendations. He also understood exactly how much to serve, as we are not big eaters and prefer to avoid food waste. We also greatly appreciated Gimhani, Anil, Faisal, Rabeeu, and all the other team members. It was a pleasure to get to know you.
Benjarong, the Thai restaurant, is beautifully located on one of the tips of the island, with a terrace overlooking the water. It is a wonderful place for dinner, with stunning evening views and, on some nights, a sky full of stars. Mrs. Win took great care of us, and the Thai food was excellent.
Above Benjarong is Sala, the vegetarian restaurant, where we met Mr. Amila. There, we discovered delicious vegetarian cuisine in a warm atmosphere, with beautiful views over the water under the moon and stars.
Snorkeling, Nature, and Island Life
The snorkeling area was remarkable, with a wide variety of marine life. The coral is clearly affected by global warming, which is beyond the resort’s control, but the overall experience was still breathtaking. One highlight was the manta tour: at first, there were hardly any mantas, but after the captain moved to another location, more than 100 mantas appeared and left us speechless.
The resort offers buggies to take guests to the restaurants, but cycling or walking is also a wonderful way to enjoy the scenery. Every bungalow has bicycles, making it easy to explore the island. Walking is just as enjoyable, with orchids, sea views, fresh air, and the sound of the wind all around.
Villa Care and Spa
Our villa was cleaned by Mr. Hameed, who checked in with us daily to ensure everything was comfortable. He sometimes surprised us with thoughtful towel art, such as an elephant, or beautiful decorations made from leaves and berries. The spacious luxury water villa had everything we needed for a perfect vacation, and we especially enjoyed the pool and terrace with the beautiful sunset views. One detail we found surprising was the position of the bathtub. It was placed so that we sat with our backs to the window and the sea. Turning it, 180 degrees would have made the experience even better, allowing guests to enjoy the beautiful ocean views and sunset directly from the bath.
I also had two Thai massage treatments at the spa, and the experience was excellent. The treatments took place in a beautiful setting, with rooms built like tree houses. One result is that I now plan to continue Thai massage regularly in the Netherlands. Most importantly, the knee pain I had experienced for almost two years disappeared.
A Personal Welcome and Farewell
Jean Louis, the general manager, welcomed us personally and was also there when we left. We saw him several times during dinner throughout our stay, and he always asked whether we were enjoying ourselves and whether anything was missing.
Final Thoughts
Pricing Transparency
One area that could be improved is pricing transparency. The base rate is displayed first, while taxes and additional charges are added later. Showing the full cost upfront would make the total price clearer from the beginning and help guests better understand the overall cost of their stay.
All-Inclusive Inclusions
We also noticed that some minibar items—such as standard spirits, chocolate, and snacks—were charged separately. We understand that premium items, including expensive whiskey, fine wines, or high-end meat dishes, may reasonably fall outside an all-inclusive package. However, based on our experience at other resorts, we would expect basic minibar items to be included.
Despite these small points for improvement, we had a wonderful time. We will especially remember the people we met, the beautiful island, and the excellent food, restaurants, and bar. Overall, Dusit Thani is a beautiful place to stay, and this was one of our best—if not the best—Maldives experiences so far.
