Always a Fantastic Trip!
We just returned from Cancun after a 10-day stay. We are members of the Solaris resorts so we vacation there often. This was the longest we've stayed there because we chose to have our destination wedding there. We were traveling with many family and friends so it was extra special!! The staff in Member Services are always welcoming and accommodating. They always go above and beyond to make sure our stay is an enjoyable experience. Claudia and Carlos, thank you for always checking in on us when we are there. You two are amazing and Solaris is very lucky to have you!!! We were also assigned to Ross, as our butler, during this vacation. He was also outstanding and attentive - always checking in to make sure we were happy. If we needed anything like a last minute dinner reservation, he made it happen!! Thank you, as always! We will see you next time! <3 Aaron & Derek
Never a dull moment!!
We had such a great experience at Solaris Caribe in Cancun! The resort was beautiful and the staff made our trip so much fun, especially Yzrael from the activities and fitness staff. He always had great activities going on by the pool, brought such positive energy, and made everyone feel included and comfortable. One of my favorite memories was when he encouraged me to learn salsa even though I had major stage fright. He was so patient and encouraging that I felt comfortable enough to get out there and try it, and I’m so glad I did! Yzrael truly made our vacation more memorable, and we really appreciated all the fun and energy he brought to our stay!

Very friendly staff, the spa was super accommodating especially Norma, Rosario, Yuli, Conchy and Alfonso. The breakfast at cafe Solaris is great

The activities in this hotel were a blast 🤩 Coach Yzrael is really making a great atmosphere and takes care of absolutely everyone and everything. The food at the beach restaurant is such high quality, the most tender and juicy meat i had in a long time. Above any hotel expectations. The pool area has a nice chill vibe with lounge house music, breathtaking views over the turqouise caribbean ocean, the staff is really attentive and friendly. This hotel is a MUST! Thanks to Oliver and his staff i felt like a superstar coming on vacation, they really make your stay pleasant. I got to play some pickleball on the roof terrace at the sunset with reddish pink sky in the background. Magical would be the perfect word to describe it 🫶🏻
