The 2025 renovation has made this an amazing place to stay.

There was nothing that we felt was missing.

The Staff were all extremely friendly and always happy to say hello.

Our room was always beautifully cleaned each day.

Lots of couples and extremely family friendly. Lots of facilities gor the children too.

Very well located and simply step out onto a lovely beach.

Bali Collection was right next door and the Bali International Medicsl Centre opposite the main entrance.

Many restaurants within the hotel and amazing selection for breakfast each morning.

You could not ask for a better hotel.

Highly recommend.

This was our fourth stay at the property and our first since the renovations. Overall, my wife Anna and I had another wonderful 5-star experience, largely thanks to the genuinely outstanding staff.

• The Room & Amenities: We stayed in a Lagoon Access Room, which was wonderfully spacious with a well-stocked mini-bar. Room service was remarkably attentive, and the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless throughout our stay.
• Pools & Grounds: We skipped the main pool entirely—the lagoon pool right outside our room was absolutely perfect for us. The new addition of roaming feathered friends was a delight; the geese and peacocks strolling through the grounds were awesome to watch.
• Dining & Bars:
  • Standouts: Samira and Peseta were the absolute highlights of our trip. Drinks at the main beach bar were great, and the ladies at the Coffee Shack were truly amazing (though the pastry selection has noticeably reduced since our pre-renovation visits).
  • Buffet Breakfast: Very good quality, though we only used it once. We preferred having room service deliver breakfast to our room to avoid the morning crowds.
  • Japanese Restaurant: While the overall dining was great, we found the Japanese restaurant fell a bit short of the quality we experienced during our previous stay.
• Atmosphere: The resort definitely had a noticeably higher number of families with under-school-age children this time around. At times, it got quite noisy as parents seemed comfortable letting them run free, which was a bit of a downside for a relaxing getaway.
• Service: Every single staff member—from the waitstaff and cleaners to the gardeners—deserves immense praise. Their warm treatment of guests is what keeps us coming back.

We had an incredible stay and look forward to returning!
