Decent size rooms good value. House keeper ah Mei did a great job.
Family holiday - 8 nights family room 2 queen size beds.
We stayed in a family room for 8 nights with 2 very comfortable queen size beds; there was plenty of room for 3 adults, Breakfast was excellent each morning in the Apollo restaurant, we had dinner a number of times in the Waterfall lounge which had windows to an outside waterfall (beautiful view) the food was excellent and excellent value.
All of the staff we friendly and helpful, special thanks to Kelvin and Iskander from the Waterfall lounge and Sarah at reception.
Location was excellent especially when planning a trip to Sentosa island as a bus (123) pass the hotel every 15 minutes to the island, easy transport options ie MRT located close by (Havelock).
Will definitely stay here again, excellent value for money

Equity is Better than Equality
The room service is very good(Fiona) reception at the lobby very good (The Two ladies at the lobby on the night shift 3rd July ) but the kitchen is not friendly. We bring our money to come spend, if we don’t come your business goes down, value every customer equally, be they white,Chinese,Black or Arab. Discrimination should never be tolerated. Lee Kwan Yu never tolerated discrimination against his people from Malaysia.
Holiday stay
We stayed in a Club Room and had access to the lounge at night for canapés and drinks —- a bonus. Staff were very nice and especially Sophie who was lovely with customer service. The hotel is very central to the Quays which was great for us for evening adventures to Robertson Quay, Clarke Quay and Boat Quay.

Great place to do work at (Waterfall Lounge); easily accessible & staff are friendly and helpful!
Waterfall Lounge was conducive for me to do work there. Power points were easily accessible, and the staff there were friendly too. Kudos to Crisna who would always greet with a friendly smile and was always ready to bring a drink to us once we placed an order:)
