I want to shout-out Liza at the front desk check in. She is extremely helpful, supportive and friendly.
Aside from that, the hotel is clean and the amenities are decent for a 4 star hotel.
The only improvement I would add is the rooms could do with some renovations and the breakfast options could be more continental.

Great Value Hotel

The beds are too wet to sleep in. The air conditioning system creates so much condensation the walls and the bed are wet. I did not sleep for days and got too exhausted to function. The technicians tried twice to fix it, and it was still so wet that if  you sat on the bed, your clothes got damp. Happily after a week of miserable nights, they finally changed the room. The rooms are small, but clean, and perfectly formed if you are looking for somewhere to park and are travelling alone.

Small, good hostel for adult solo travellers. Problems with the aircon can mean too damp to sleep in.

Stayed here for a 3-day city stay over in Singapore. 
The positives: the hotel serves your basic needs. The beds and pillows were reasonably comfortable. Its location was good for the Chinatown district (10-15 min walk away), and within easy reach of other locations either by the nearby Havelock MRT, or by taxis which was our preferred option as they were convenient and affordable to get anywhere in the city quickly. 
The negatives: the checkin experience was tedious, everything is self-service. The hotel policy is to clean the room every two/three days, we requested a daily clean and didn’t have a room clean once in the 3 nights we stayed. The rooms are functional but lack refinement.
The hotel breakfast was disappointing. It is a buffet style with a wide choice but an again lacks refinement. The tea and coffee was pretty terrible. 
In summary, the hotel is not a disaster, it’s ok. But that’s it. A lack of a room clean in the 3 nights we stayed has made me score the hotel as ‘poor’, rather than ‘average’. 
For us it served its purpose of somewhere close to the city centre that we could rest and freshen up, but I don’t think I would return when revisiting Singapore.

From check-in to check out, Darnice was incredible.  She even upgraded our hotel room because the original room we book wasn’t available that time when we arrived, she also provided us with complimentary beverages and snacks. Thanks Darnice for a fantastic stay, we will definitely come back.😊

Amazing Hotel Staff Service

Cindy is awesome she courteous and polite,  good service housekeeping, this hotel near and access able for transportation, and nice crew member I recommend this hotel for friends and family to stay in Singapore furama hotel good memories stay
