The hotel was built a long time ago but still looks new. The air conditioning is very cool. The room is well maintained and the equipment in the room is in ready-to-use condition.
Walk down to the sea and play in the water at NaiThon Beach. Then walk down the bridge to the swimming pool. Use the KEY CARD to enter and exit, but the waves are quite strong. We advise you to play with caution.
WELCOME DRINKS card gives 1 card but can be used by 2 people. You can press it from within the APP and can use it to exchange for drinks at every OUTLET, namely at C BAR, LOBBY and POOL BAR areas. And if anyone is an ACCOR PLUS member, you can use the card as a discount as usual with 2 people getting a discount. 50% in eating
For PLATINUM and above, because there is no lounge here, BENEFIT will be as standard, including EARLY CHECK IN / LATE CHECK OUT / UPGRADE if the room is available / breakfast if it is not on Buddhist holy days or important religious days. Champagne will be provided along with a special food set.

- BREAKFAST 06.30 - 11.00 The food line is spectacular, spectacular, good quality, good enough for PULLMAN KING POWER. There is a rotating daily menu such as chicken rice, noodles, duck noodles, red pork. If you stay for several days it's not boring, the drinks are variety.

- REFRESHENT / LOUNGE not available, but ... there is HAPPY HOUR buy 1 get 1 free from 16.00 - 18.00 in the POOL BAR area.

TURNDOWN SERVICE: They prepare are curtains all closed, the bed is prepared and there is drinking water at the head of the bed, 1 bottle on each side.

During the day, there is a tea SET or PLAY TEA at the C BAR area, a large and awesome set, priced at only 750 baht per set.

This time, the STAFF and F&B staff here were smiling, good-natured, ATTITUDE good, attentive, always asking if there was anything missing or not, like Khun PONG, I already meet him from the breakfas and he's always willing to help and promptness.

STAFF both FRONT and F&B active, everyone, including the housekeeper, smiles, underlines a lot, clean, makes the room neat, explains details clearly, clears every time about BENIFIT rights, polite, helpful, ready to provide the most service.

FITNESS equipment is quite a lot and the view is good.
The pool is open until 7:00 p.m. and the water in the pool is warm. The view is beautiful.

Bathroom, good water pressure, hot water, cold water, adjustable as desired, strong and consistent water.

The next morning it rained very heavily. Just walking to breakfast, opening an umbrella, still half wet.

Actually, for lunch, I want to go support a newly opened restaurant, the hotel's MAXICAN restaurant, open from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., but it's raining heavily and I really can't go. 😅

 Until the whole Phuket flooded, it's good to sleep near the airport. Otherwise it's definitely bad.

But there's only one problem at C BAR at night. We came at 10:45 p.m. They didn't give us snacks such as nuts and fried bananas, but the Chinese people who came before us brought 2-3 sets for us and the foreigners who came after us. Then I try to ask her why we cna't get 
 complimentary snack ? The C Bar staff said that snacks would be stopped at 10:00 p.m., so we said that while foreigners who came later us why they receive this service? And we don't just use WELCOME DRINKS for free, we have bills for other drinks as well.

After a while, her bring complimentary set free to us and put it down ... (bumped it) and said that I can do it for you!! 🤨

So we told her, if it's a POLICY or a problem, it's okay. But while other people got it and came along at the same time, I didn't, so I just went and asked is you're strongly answer to us it's a hotel policy I'm agree but just don't understand why I can't get but another 2 guest came for the same time they can get it.

Let's just say, anyone looking for a place to stay for a FREE NIGHT or STAY PLUS in Phuket and want a complete BENEFIT like this, this place should be a good choice for everyone.

The best place to stay before you fly from Phuket

We have 2 nights stayed here and I think pullman acardia suitable for honeymooners, not family style. But i found many family with young kids also. Located at secluded area with only few surrounding shops. They provide transport shuttle to beach next door as pullman doesn’t have own beach. Breakfast really good and the rooms also spacious enough not to mention the bathtub enough for 2 pax hahahaha too bad we had 2 days raining so can not really enjoy the entire resorts.

Honeymooners Resort

Wonderful Hotel in Phuket! A great place to go. Swimming pool is great relax. Staff service is also good, very helpful and good service attitude from Khun Emmy & Khun Sofia (Front Office) Khun Syn (Welcomer), Khun Pik (Bell service), Khun Bass and Khun Arrin (Fitness). They are a good service provider to me with a good memorable stay at Pullman Phuket Naithon. Hope to have a chance to revisit.

A must visit and stay in Phuket, Naithon Beach

Overall a great hotel with amazing hospitality and service. Located just 15 minutes away from the airport so is easy to get to, hotel overlooks the Andaman sea with access to the beach, food is good and sizeable rooms are ideal for families. Kids club is small but the staff were incredibly caring of our daughter. Only downside was that the hotel sits on a mountain so is very hilly - you have to be transported by buggy up down quite steep incline and decline so not great if you are traveling with a baby in a pram or for anyone needing a wheelchair.

Great hotel with amazing view of the sea

Where do I start? This hotel from when we arrived to leaving is 5 star. The staff are all so kind and really do give the best service. The food is just beautiful, from breakfast right through to dinner there’s a wide variety to choose from and it’s all so tasty and honestly some of the best food I have had. The rooms are spotless and the bed was amazing! The pool and loungers are all comfy and offer stunning views. The staff all really care and are genuinely lovely people and can’t do enough for you. The buggy’s to the rooms are really useful after a long day or a big meal! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would love to return.

The most beautiful hotel with kind caring staff and out of this world food
