Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
There is only one way to describe this hotel and that is “perfect”. We were hoping for a great stay and experience having seen the photos and reviews however we could not have expected the absolute pleasure we encountered, every minute of our time there. Kim and her team are simply delightful, caring, welcoming and just so dedicated. The property is stunning. The rooftop pool is breathtaking and the rooms are gorgeous with such attention to detail. Every team member left us feeling pure joy and were so appreciative of our choice to stay with them. The location is just perfect – a short walk to everything the UNESCO listed town has to offer, and there is so much. This is, without a doubt, the best hotel we have ever stayed at. Breakfast has something for everyone and very high quality. They provide bicycles and cycling through Hoi An is one of he most delightful experiences we have had in a long time. It has never been so difficult for us to leave a hotel at the end of our stay. We highly recommend the hotel activities, such as the food nights and other very well-priced option. After 8 nights, they really did feel like family. “It has been such a pleasure looking after you, and we’re honestly sad to see you leave too”. “Please don’t say goodbye — just say “see you again” because we’ll be waiting for your next visit!”. And we will return – as soon as possible.
Bel Marina is a wonderful resort perfectly located around 7 minutes walk from Hoi An old town. Our concierge, Alice, let us contact her directly through WhatsApp, which was very convenient and efficient. She responded very quickly and helped us with all of our requests. The breakfast was very good - with a good balance between western and local food. The pool is beautiful, with a pool-bar and three different depths - one suitable for toddlers, one for kids, and one for adults. We also thoroughly enjoyed the street-food night, the food was amazing and very much worth the price.
Great resort close to everything but nice and quiet. We love our 4 days stay here. Pool, villa and staff were all amazing. So pretty at night with all of the lights and lanterns. Great place to come back to after being out in the busy streets

We had The Most Fantastic time ,albeit short at the resort.I highly recommend this hotel as it is conveniently situated within walking distance to the market,Thu Bon River where you can release a paper lantern, the Japanese Covered bridge..The staff is exceptional!!! The little touches like offering is a cold drink for our ride to the airport.I was very impressed with the service ,our enormous bed in our room and will definitely be back!
