Pool

On arrival nice reception area and friendly staff , and were able to check into our room early. 
Went to our room was very dated and basic but clean , balcony however had rubbish on and was quite tatty and dirty. We headed for some lunch nice salads and always good meat options. 

Drinks good plenty of options but ques could be quite long at times , could do with more bar areas or couple more self service taps , tried the coffee bar this was really good just wished it opened a little earlier   , as some morning we didn’t go for breakfast so would of been nice to get a coffee somewhere.

Only went to the beach bar once again food was and drinks were good 
Pool area was very crampt for the amount of people, and every sund bed was pretty much reserved , but there is a rooftop adults only area which is much quieter but we weren’t told about this on arrival so took a few days to hear about it , only downfall up there was listening to the lift all the time. 

On a night room was very loud , could here the outside entertainment until quite late and everytime someone went past our room could here them clear as day , lots of people coming in at 2,3 in the morning very loudly . The room next door arrived back and argued at 2,3 in the morning told the staff about this but they were not concerned. 

Overall food was good , restaurant and bar staff were good , drinks were good , but would not stay again due to not getting a good nights sleep for the entire stay , avoid if your after a peaceful holiday but understand this isn’t what everyone is after

We checked in on Saturday 13th July as I booked as the photos looked ok … it’s nothing like the photos and the beds certainly aren’t pretty like the photos, the food was awful and shabby restaurant .. we ended up going back down to reception and checked out and moved to another hotel at the cost to us that’s how bad it was .. the town around it is like a shanty town and quiet scary to walk around … the pool area was really overcrowded not nice

so where do i even start, 
all in all gorgeous hotel, rooms are always spotless, beds made everyday.
food was not the best not much selection and burgers were not even fully cooked my girlfriend bit into it and it was pink and still cold. some staff around the snack bar were quite rude, to get a subbed they said they opened at 9am (in other words be there for 8.45am cause sometimes they decide to open them early), they let kids wrestle eachother in the pool but won’t let you play with a little plastic ball? 
we met friends here and we went to dinner and she got a yogurt and it was all curdled and clumpy even when she tried to mix it. 
but apart from my few complains, it was a lovely hotel, lovely drinks, 15 min walk from beach, 10 min walk to the town, fabulous entertainment staff, 
cleaners always did a great job.

Went to Torremolinos with my husband (first holiday abroad without the grown up kids)

We grabbed a cab from airport, so easy 20 euros so not far away.

First impression when we arrived, lovely modern reception area, spotlessly clean, windows & glass areas no smudges!

It's set back from a busy road, and surprisingly we didn't notice much road traffic (our room was facing the pool area, so upgraded) I would suggest this is worth doing else you'd be opposite the road.

Hotel check in was quick, efficient and very easy. Helpful friendly receptionist.

Room was clean and spacious for the two of us.

Comfortable beds, old fashioned room and a bit tired looking but absolutely fine, you don't spend much time in room.

Towels were changed daily (if you wish) 

Cleaners excellent here, tidied room up every one of our 7 days.

The facilities: restaurant...we chose all inclusive.

Nice layout in restaurant, gets very busy and loud later on in evening, so we preferred eating earlier sitting.

Breakfast: fruit consisted of cut up orange, gratefuits, dried fruit, yogurt, cheeses, hams, cereals, bread rolls, various pastries, jams, spreads
Hot buffet consisted of fried eggs, bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, baked beans various sauces even had good old HP brown sauce 

They also have a cooking station. Breakfast was usually omelettes 

Coffee/tea machine/ fruit juices

Lunch: buffet style salads, cooked hams meats, pasta dishes always chips

Evening meal always a choice of hot dishes such as chicken in a gravy, curry, mexican etc 
Along with all the salads & vegetables 

Always a nice array of cakes

We loved the coffee bar, bit more grown up and sophisticated. Quieter too. The bar staff work extremely hard dealing with so many questions/customers. Always smartly presented.

The alcoholic drinks were fabulous. They also do Irish coffees, and lovely capachinos, lattes etc including decaffeinated. Perfect for us.

I loved they supply little biscuits in a pack with hot drinks (very cute)

And they offer free ready salted crisps at the bars (we loved them) not had this in any other all inclusive 

Great location for us to explore Costa Del Sol.

Er didn't use hotel pool area (too busy and not into sunbathing sat at hotel all day)

We utilised the train to Málaga, Mijas, Marbella etc which is a short walk from hotel (on the flat) about 15 mins. Had some amazing days out.

We thought the free coach to beach a brilliant perk at this hotel.

There's also a handy beach bar you can use. Inside you have bar staff serving up snacks such as toasties or pizzas. They vary each day. Along with cooking a huge paella.

We loved the deal of food, drink and fab sun loungers heavily discounted price on the beach. 

We loved the restaurant you get one night of your stay to use this. Was best meal we had at the hotel. Was more up market, nicer food and special waiter service.

All in all we enjoyed our stay at this well run hotel.

City centre hotel vibes. Extremely handy to airport, and public transport links

My wife and I I are not long back from a seven day stay at this hotel. 
After reading all the reviews  we weren’t expecting it to be perfect but were pleasantly surprised. 
Firstly the food in the hotel was excellent. Lots of choices, set out well and tasted great. The staff were all very attentive and all very pleasant. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained. It is a very busy hotel but still room for everyone. 
The hotel location is a bit of a walk (20mins) from the beach although you can use the hotel bus to get there. The beach bar is a bit of a let down and only used it the one time. It’s a pity because with a little thought and imagination it could be so much better but it is an added bonus I suppose. 
I does seem like the authorities are trying to keep the resort very subdued as no bars and restaurants outside the hotels have any atmosphere in them, just the gay bars. Just a bit quiet for us but that’s a personal taste

Enjoyed our time there but would we go back,,,,probably not.

Nice clean hotel with good food.
